Rivers of the Mind Season 3, Episode 7 will be delayed slightly. Pushing release date and time to this coming Sunday no later than 4pm MST.
The reasons are good! Episode 1 and 2 are being published in a literary journal (The Cenacle) and I needed to edit them for print. This took about four hours, and I planned to use that time to mix the voices and add sound effects to the new episode.
The whole show is going to be released as a serialized novel in the journal, which comes out once a quarter. Exciting stuff! #audiodrama #riversofthemind #writing #editing
Our show is nearing its 10,000 download milestone, so thank you to everyone who has listened so far. #AudioDrama #AudioDramaSunday

I am a:
🔘 Man in a 19th-century novel
Seeking a:
🔘 Wife, but only if we grew up together and I think of you as a sister
We’ve recorded and re-recorded three takes of Rivers of the Mind Season 3 Episode 4, trying to find something that works to tell the story I want to tell.
I haven’t even got to the part where I try to use all the hydrophone samples yet, but since I’m in quarantine, I’m taking the time to enjoy themselves.
The next episode of Rivers of the Mind is definitely on the way. @timmyvilgiate1 has finished all the initial clipping of the voices and some of the music. EQing and volume control currently in progress, after which point the sound effects and score will be added.
@timmyvilgiate1 has been traveling a lot in order to visit PhD programs and volunteering for a few political campaigns, especially this month, and he has not been able to spend as much time as he’d like on the show.
The next few weeks should give the team (which consists entirely of @timmyvilgiate1) plenty of time to catch up. He plans to have S3E4 out next week and from there he will get back into a normal release schedule. #Audiofiction #AudioDrama
