Riverence farms are located alongside the Snake River in Idaho’s Magic Valley for more than a few good reasons. Our favorite? The sparkling, fresh spring water that streams into our flow-through raceways. In fact, it’s what we call our secret ingredient.
It’s grilling season! Have you ever tried grilling your Riverence trout on a cedar plank? It’s a great way to add a bit of smoky flavor to your fish.
Pro tip: soak the cedar planks in water for 2 hours before grilling
What can we say—we’re an open brook. 😉 Our clear water springs up from the ground and flows right into our farms on its way to the Snake River.
