Our Thrive initiatives is changing lives whilst continuing to explore innovative ways in which we can support care experienced young people.
We need to care about those in care …
24% of the prison population have been in care. Today, we launch phase 2 of our outreach at @hmpps, helping young care leavers with advice and guidance. After release, we provide wraparound support and jobs in a safe space.
