.@PayPalUK customer service has to be the worst I have ever experienced. Literally going round in circles on a dispute which I have so much information for and they just keep asking for things I have literally no way of getting due to data protection. Absolute shambles.

On top of that, when you ask to speak to management, they just put you on hold with no intention of actually putting you through to anyone at all. I’ve never experience such a terrible company.
