Cheng progress! Today I achieved one of my biggest goals for these championship. I put out my Cheng vault in podium training. It may not have gone exactly how I would have liked it too, but to have got this far makes me proud. I’ve been training a Cheng for 5 months (3 of which I was competing most the time) and the aim has always to put it out in competition next year - but I felt ready and wanted to try it out in the big arena to help my confidence towards that goal. I just want to say a massive thank you to all of my support team and Scott for helping me get to this point and trusting me with my goals and dreams. Here’s two from the prep! LA is the GOAL! Abi x 🫶
