This is just a supervillain museum. Is the argument that we ought to call Crow a supervillainy enthusiast rather than specifically a Nazi?

I am perhaps 30% serious when I say that I’m going to have to actually finish one of the game designs I’ve been toying with for years and have it published just so I can have the credibility to ask for an invite to tabletop.social.
I think we should all add “(parody)” to our displayed names. But mostly that’s because I used to teach logic, and I want to see someone publicly learn the difference between “if” and “if and only if”.
Gannett and the conditions leading to the #gannettwalkout have crystallized for me a problem with capitalism: goodwill is bad. It’s an unexploited resource. If your employees or customers are happy, you could be extracting more from them.

RIP Jules Bass. He was the co-director of The Hobbit from Rankin/Bass. He also directed The Last Unicorn, The Wind in the Willows, Frosty the Snowman, and Smokey the Bear. He produced Thundercats, Silverhawks, and Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.
Great Western Trail first impression: very impressed by how smooth it makes navigating a complex system. Choices are meaningful but constrained enough to be quick, and add up to a coffin you’ve nailed yourself into (in the best way).
Visited this park a couple months ago. Absolutely stunning. Had no idea terrain like this existed in the U.S. for most of my life.
I’ve just bought the rules for Warhammer 40k. I’m gesturing weakly toward fiscal responsibility by buying the Command Edition’s rules (which I understand are the full rules, but with less flavor) from eBay.
I feel like a combination, but neither “scared off” nor “pissed shitless” really seem to capture it.

If are not pissed off or scared shitless, you are not paying attention.
This seems like a brilliant direction for Chip Theory. I love TMB, but feel like I've been slow to try their other stuff because it's such a commitment.
It still sort of amazes me that someone proposed a game in which players fight and/or befriend robot dinosaurs, and they didn’t just phone the rest in because that was cool enough.
Games Workshop’s line of Barnes & Noble exclusive intro titles seem to be brilliant: cheap and approachable. Both Labyrinth of the Necrons and Fireteam were manageable games which let me paint their minis and create stand-up-in-excitement moments.

Bighorn sheep have a complex four-chambered stomach, which allows them to get nutrients from hard, dry forage, like the moon. When they aren’t chowing down on our solar system, you’ll find them feeding on grasses in the summer and shrubs in the fall and winter.

Oddly enough, this news prompted me to check Sony direct, and they just … have PS5s now? Got a Digital Edition bundle with HFW (the game I most want to play, anyway).

If one favors compulsory national service so that we all feel invested in the same game, why would one support it only for some? And if personal investment is necessary, whose voices should matter in debating a policy which applies only to a subset?
