Today I learnt there is no achievement for 100% completion of #HorizonZeroDawn on steam. I just really want to know how many users completed the game.

A clear example of a need for further research #CHI2023 keynote speaker reminds us the of the power #qualitative methods including user observation and interviews. I value the solution of pairing service providers to scaffold training and encourage improvement vs punishment.
