Hi @BarnetCouncil, it's been 11 days since the notices went up about the proposed road changes ref BC2250-11. The deadline for responses is the 8th of Feb and no one on Chesterfield Road has received the letter asking for comment. When can we expect them to be delivered?

I'm sure this horrendous story sounds all too familiar to those with elderly relatives

King of Spain at the final day of Wimbledon. This looks great. Very rare to see this level of tailoring nowadays, even on the wealthy. So let's talk about some of the reasons why it's great. 🧵

Napoleon was a master orator But we would NOT know this without Balzac In 1838, Balzac went through all of Napoleon speeches And saved his best insights in a book 10 bangers from the king👇🏻 1/ "I found the Crown of France lying in the gutter, and picked it up with my sword."

Watch this video. Share this video. As the rest of the world looks on in disgust at racism in Spanish football, the Spanish coverage blamed the victim of racist abuse. This is what is happening in Spain. Victim-blaming.

Nice to receive an email from @lv saying that they understand how lots of people are feeling the pinch these days. Just a shame it came with an attachment saying they were going to nearly double the cost of my home insurance

25 hours in A&E. Not the sequel to the hit TV show #24hrsAE, just the amount of time my elderly mother has currently been waiting

Chateaubriand was from an old aristocratic clan, nearly died defending the Monarchy in the French Revolution, and was embraced by Napoleon only to be exiled His books were so influential that a young Victor Hugo said: “I will be Chateaubriand or nothing” What made him great?👇🏻

Why is he closing Twitter after only just buying it? I presume that’s what this is about. I only read the headline… news.sky.com/story/elon-musk…

Elon Musk says he's buying Twitter to 'help humanity' and not to 'make more money'

The billionaire said the social media site was 'important to the future of civilisation to have a common digital town square'.

Trying to make a complaint about @BarnetCouncil's local taxation team via their archaic website. Go through all the details thoroughly and presented with this. Wasting my time yet again. The only thing Barnet is good at
I wonder if Twitter dot com gets any analytics on how many people search for how to turn off features like ‘based on your feedback’
