Little present for the old man, hopefully doesn’t bring back to many bad memories. 2 great teams and some proper legends playing in this one @PontypriddRFC @bridgendravens
Tough one to take today. The boys played some great rugby. Well done @BeddauRFC on the win and a great game of rugby #smallmargins

RIP Sow. You’ll be greatly missed within the club mate and a snake through and through. Thoughts go out to lisa and the family.

Whilst the BBC news anchor who purchased and downloaded 41 indecent images of children walks free on a suspended sentence?
Make that make sense!
Not a bad old team back on the day.
2006 and @WelshRugbyUnion under 21s take on @Scotlandteam at Rodney Parade. @NewportRFC A few players went on to do ok.
First year as head coach and i couldn’t have asked for a better one. Time to rest up and get ready for the champ next season @Aberdare_RFC
