One of the things I wished I knew when I started my entrepreneurial journey is how much I have to deprogram my thoughts from the trauma of corporate america.

Needed help getting a package from a high shelf in the supermarket. A person looked at me, and I said, 'I can't reach that." They smile and said "I got you." It fills me with such joy. Anytime anyone says that phrase, I feel super happy. Maybe just me.

For the first time in my entire life, a friend told me “Happy Restoration of Light Day”. They researched a part of my heritage and it meant the world to me.

"Don't Worry about Privacy." Remember that? AI bot is being racist. "Don't take that too seriously." Well it happened in 2016 with Microsoft bot, Tay. Now the Meta bot. So how about we take this problem seriously instead of just repeating mashable.com/article/meta-fa…

Me and the data I need for reports today
Upgraded my phone over the weekend. My best friend in Singapore could not reach me because I did not respond to What'sApp. She hunted me down to make sure I was okay. A reminder that I would be missed.

I have been working on centering myself in positivity. Work is the operative word. It definitely takes a lot more thought and staying present. I have been deleting so many tweets, emails, and thoughts before sending. Wish people knew they are getting the best of me.
Have been focused on Non-profits and the data analysis reporting needs are out of this world and complex. Anyone else working in this area and finding that the usual suspects like Dynamics and Salesforce are not cutting it?

I find the people that throw around terms like "stupid" and "dumb" like confetti are often lacking mirrors.
I am starting to feel like I spend just as much time unlearning from past corporate experience as learning today while I build my company

Am I the only one that finds wearing a mask in stores super comforting? Saw a person coughing and felt so snug and safe with my mask on.

Watching a person getting so upset in a conversation with me, but I am actually not saying one word. They are arguing with what they think I would say, and yelled at me to not interrupt when I tried to explain that I am not actually speaking. Has anyone else experienced this?

A friend of mine has only been in the States for 1 year. She is in Sacramento and is trying to donate the furniture. Tables, shelves, bed frames, all in great shape, bought new and only used for 1 year. Can't get any Org to take items to help people. Why?

Lately I have been seeing a lot of messages about "manifesting" Is everyone experiencing this or is the universe trying to tell me something.

Just had a fantastic collaboration because someone just kept saying "I don't get it. That is not clicking." Walking through it together, we found the issue that everyone that "knew it" skipped right over. Proud that I am now able to provide the space for "not getting it."

Being a founder is a mind game. I have intense conversations with myself. Ex. Today's thought. Add starting each day with a hype song to my list. Next thought. Pick hype song.
Trauma from toxic work places can take years to overcome.
I remember being told, "one person can't make a difference." then learning about all of the times this one person made a huge difference. So i ask, "Who does it benefit to make me believe I can't make a difference?" Definitely not me, not my community. Go make a difference.

Not sure who needs to hear this but stop working so hard to fit in. Use that energy to find where you belong.

I just realized, when you stop trying to fit in, you can find where you belong.
