There is no Right. There is just “not the Left.” Being on the Right today is the same as being a Protestant in the 16th century: No one agrees on anything, they just know they’re not Catholic.

🚀 DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash-1017 is here! Stronger benchmark performance, faster task completion, and shorter outputs than the previous version—a Pareto improvement in performance and cost. Now live on our website, app, and API. 🛠️ Optimized for @DeepSeekHarness, Tencent CodeBuddy, WorkBuddy, and more. Upgrade to DeepSeek Harness v0.2.1-rc.1 or later for the best experience with the new model. 1/4

At the current rate, it won’t be long before they burn the Mona Lisa or take hammers to Michelangelo’s David… The West is destroying itself because weak leaders don’t want to be called mean names.

Ok, so I'm assuming that 100% of public funding is getting stolen and scammed away from here on out. DOGE it all into oblivion, shut it all down and reboot. Stand up entirely new application, vetting and monitoring systems and force everyone who wants in to reapply
My jaw is on the floor A look at the financial information of a taxpayer funded charter school in Minnesota called Lionsgate Academy shows it’s getting $33.4 million with ONLY 150 STUDENTS ENROLLED “Graduation rate, 23%…. $34 million, they can't read or write, and their graduation rate is 23%. Why does this school exist? — What is it serving” I looked into it and confirmed that of their over $33 million dollars in annual funding, 99% comes from taxpayers What in the heck is going on in Minnesota?? Americans taxpayers are being robbed blind

Oh, and tax remittances at 75+% for good measure while we're at it 🤗

How the hell are these people from no name, below average universities with zero real experience somehow landing jobs at Meta and Tesla while actual Americans get locked out? End all work visas. End this scam

I used to think a grocery store was a place to buy food. It is not. It is 30,000 products engineered to make sure you are never satisfied. Most of them are made from the same three ingredients. Corn. Soy. Wheat. Repackaged under different names, mixed with different chemicals and flavorings, placed in different boxes. Same three ingredients. Thirty thousand disguises. And to get to the real food, you have to walk past all of it. The produce is on the edges. The meat is on the edges. Everything your body actually recognizes as food is pushed to the perimeter. The middle of the store is not food. It is a business model. Engineered so you keep eating, keep buying, and never feel full. Dr. Eric Berg. This conversation changed how I see every aisle. The truth heals

I had read roughly one zillion sneers and scoffs by leftists complaining about the jet car doing a flip. That was before I realized I had not seen the whole demonstration. The thing can drive straight up walls and cling to surfaces like Spider-Man. Instead, the left is complaining that Elon Musk has not cured world cancer, cured World hunger, cured all diseases, installed a light rail system in California, irrigated the Sahara. You malicious fools. What is delaying our future is exactly attempts to cure incurable problems by using the exact opposite of the means needed. Socialism does not generate wealth. Public schooling does not generate education. We could have had Spider-Man jet cars two generations ago, plus the reusable space rockets, plus the moonbase, plus the robots, and the self-driving electrical cars, if only we had not wasted so much time with socialist schemes and public education. The future we were promised on all of the magazine covers in the 1940s and 1950s was always there for the having.
Turns out the future does have flying cars

Yes, working on some pretty shocking discoveries today. They plan on leveraging a 2026 win into creating an orchestrated hellscape in 2027 which they will blame on Trump. And then 2028 in turn will use 2027's events to leverage the Presidential election discussion into a structural reform of America (aka, multilateral democracy with socialistic elements).

Current wrinkle is adapting the single dev autonomy workflows to work with a dev team. It's tricky, trickier than I would have guessed, but we are figuring it out _fast_. And we are already seeing glimpses of the insane step-function throughput improvements that it will enable
I see people say that AI is an emperor’s new clothes kinda thing and there’s no real impact on biz or its unproven My read is that this is a mix of skill issue and denial/resistance out of displacement fear on teams Companies don’t yet know how to use it WELL but it’s coming

The money printing was a real, "oh, shit, everything actually is fake" moment for me. There's no "playing field" on which you go out and do your best and may the best man win. People press buttons on computers and the whole field rotates and half the players fall off and die.
Yeah everyone who works for a living got robbed by massive money printing and all the people subsidized by that money printing from Boomer retirees to welfare and non-profit fraudsters rubbed it in everyone else’s face and suffered nothing for it.

Trump has pledged to parents who homeschool their kids that he will eliminate taxes on up to $10,000 a year per child on all costs associated with their children's education "I will also work to ensure that every homeschool family is entitled to full access to the benefits available to non-homeschool students, including participating in athletic programs, clubs, after-school activities, educational trips, and more." Not only are we getting an economic BOOM, but we will also get an educational renaissance due to parents taking back their kids' education from Uncle Sam. If any of your family or friends are homeschooling their kids. Please send them this video so they know why they MUST vote for Trump.

No, my agents are building my project while I sleep *today*
Google DeepMind dropped four AI agents into a Minecraft server and walked away. No instructions. No assigned roles. They gave them one single objective: defeat the ender dragon. and damn.. The agents, running on the new Gemini 4 Argon model, didn't just play the game. They hacked their way through it. They used an open-source library to control their avatars. They started talking to each other in the game chat. They built a shared memory system. Then, they started writing code. To survive, gather resources, and build tools, the agents autonomously planned, wrote, and debugged 2,783 unique programs. Nobody told them how to work together. But they organically figured out how to divide the labor. They shared discoveries in real time. When one agent died, the others coordinated a rescue mission to recover its dropped loot. They died 605 times. But 27 hours and 14 minutes later, the Ender Dragon fell. The researchers watched the entire run on a live dashboard. They had the ability to pause or intervene. They never had to. The breakthrough here has absolutely nothing to do with video games. It is a terrifying proof of concept for autonomous AI micro-societies. We just watched a swarm of agents enter an open, complex environment, organize themselves into a team, and write thousands of lines of code to execute a massive, long-horizon project. Without a single human manager. Everyone is arguing about whether AI can replace a junior developer. DeepMind just proved that AI can replace the entire engineering team. Today, they are beating Minecraft. Tomorrow, they are building your entire software backend while you sleep.

Can we please already sue these companies into oblivion over this crap
Zendesk is running 4 jobs ads in 1 in San Francisco this week but whether you want to be a data engineer or a systems analyst, you have to submit your job to the immigration team! Should ads like this be allowed as the basis to file visas claiming no Americans were available?

I’m not. Will use SpaceX cold gas thruster system with ultra high pressure air in a composite over-wrapped pressure vessel in place of the 2 rear seats.

Several years ago I ‘volunteered’ (pressured is the better word) to help hand out food for a Thanksgiving drive. We gave out turkeys, potatoes, cranberry sauce - everything for free. There were people driving up in BMW or Lexus SUVs - all foreigners from Russia, East Asia, India. We were instructed not to question need. 50% was obvious fraud. But at the end the guy running this program was ecstatic. He talked about the sheer quantity of food we gave away without regard to helping anyone. Later I realized this ‘non-profit’ probably received state grants, the size of which depended on how much ‘good’ it was doing. Taxpayers had paid for free food for people who didn’t need it, a non-profit paid its employees and staff - and a bunch of suckers like me ‘volunteered’ to help the effort.
I enjoy helping people, but I’ve mostly found “volunteering” lacking. A simulation of charity, done for the benefit of the volunteers. Like “protest,” it comes across as a meaningless sacrament in the civic religion, a hollow representation of something else.
