60 years ago this week. 116 Children and 28 Adults died at Aberfan. The fight for justice is a testimony to all from the village who would not stay silent in the face of government, National Coal Board and even Charity Commission excuses and arrogance.
So here are all my weekend’s sketches - what I am ever so slightly pretentiously calling “The Goodwood Collection” (😂)
There is a little work to do on a few of them (and no that does not include drawing the other half of each 😉😂).

Today’s @goodwoodrevival sketches - a very lovely Maserati 300s and the gorgeous Jaguar D Type. Really nice to be sketching live once again, and people have been so encouraging, and saying how good it is to have the scribbling vicar scribbling again - it means a lot. Thank you.

Jaguar’s iconic XK120 - in graphite (This is one of the alloy bodied cars (the first 242 cars were all alloy bodied). I love the peace of an evening spent with good music, a good cuppa and with a pencil in hand. Has been helpful this past few days.
