For more than a year, state officials have spent precious time, energy, and resources on an effort to silence the voices of Missouri voters and steal a congressional seat.
Tonight, after more than 305,000 Missourians demanded a say, the Supreme Court has put this shameful and unlawful scheme to rest.

As temperatures continue to rise due to climate change, hundreds of our neighbors are dying unnecessarily from heat exposure.
There are common sense steps Congress can take to combat heat islands and protect Americans.
One of those is my TREES Act, which would plant millions of trees nationwide to combat heat waves and lower utility bills.
A new analysis estimates Missouri has 166 more heat-related deaths each year than official records show.
