Long before Ingo became known for remote viewing, he befriended an extraordinary artist and mentor named Buell Mullen. And Buell had some stories to tell. Buell told him that governments had been interested in psychics for years. Hitler and Churchill had tried to use them, she said. The Russians were interested too. Ingo was skeptical. “C’mon, Buell. How do you know this for sure?” Her answer? Buell said she had personally arranged meetings with mediums for Madame Chiang Kai-shek, wife of Chinese leader Chiang Kai-shek. Both Madame Chiang and the Generalissimo had even sat in Buell’s studio while she made their portraits on stainless steel. Then she dropped something else. According to Buell, before World War II, members of the U.S. military had come to New York asking about psychics. They had visited her several times. Ingo immediately wondered how she knew they were actually military. Had they identified themselves? Buell’s answer was priceless: “Well, it was obvious because they came in uniform.” Ingo: “IN THEIR UNIFORMS!” “Are you sure, Buell?” “Oh, yes. Very certain.” Then Ingo asked: “Which service?” Her answer? The Navy. -- From Remote Viewing: The Real Story
