NYT uses *hundreds" of polls for its tracking pages, so one poll would have little impact for them. Wedgewood Polling did impact individual state races. More to the point, no, Trump is wrong. This is NOT what he "had to deal with," Wedgewood only dealt with state & local races.

What is it with Trump and "JD Vance" both having an obsession with people's asses? BTW, unlike today's MAGOP and his focus on brutality, I don't think their party needs an ass-kicking. I just think they have to lose huge when the public votes. And it appears that will happen.

And as the article notes, it's not just a conflict of interest, but last year @RepLuna "attempted to force a vote on a bill that would have banned members of Congress and their immediate family members from buying or trading public stock."

What Todd Blanche doesn't grasp (or want to admit) is he was appointed by Trump to protect the legal interests of the country & Constitution as he swore an oath to. The words "president" or "Trump" are nowhere in his oath & job description. He is Attorney General, not WH Counsel.
Attorney General Todd Blanche: There’s this misperception that there's a separation and independence between the DOJ and the White House. I work for President Trump

Great questioning by @kaitlancollins, showing to Trump the contradiction of his answers. And Trump -- once again -- shows his inability to answer hard questions by trying to deflect with non-answer insults.
Trump: We were in the midst of negotiating and a lot of stupid people said why aren’t you putting Russian sanctions— Collins: But you said you didn’t give anything for his release Trump: If I didn’t do that, you wouldn’t have him coming back. Collins: So you did give something. Trump: You don’t know anything. You’re fake news CNN. Collins: You’re saying you lifted the sanctions in exchange for his release? Trump: You don’t know what you’re talking about. You’re a low IQ person. You’re a dummy.

Trump has LONG SINCE already withheld disaster aid to Blue States -- in this term and his first. Sometimes intentionally, sometimes from the incompetence of those he hired. So...spare us. Trump's approval is 30%. Two-thirds of the public isn't buying what you're selling.
This story is complete fiction. Nobody is withholding any disaster aid. The "expert" the NYT cites is actually a Democrat donor and extreme liberal nut job.

Trump's approval is 30%. And it's so cool to quote Margaret Thatcher, not known for her human decency to help those in need. Which is ALSO a significant part what government is empowered to. Because no, your job is *not* merely providing for national defense.
Government rarely spends your money as wisely as you would. Federal spending should be limited to things the federal government is uniquely empowered to do, like providing for America’s national defense. Either way, government money is *your* money, and it’s not free!

Trump's approval is 30%. But since you bring up a "warped mind," please comment on Trump forgetting the name "Nobel" the other day & asking the crowd -- and tonight, him spitting out a nonsense word "JAIIIIT" -- and then seemingly forgetting the name of Dr. El Sayed. Thanks!
This bullshit Vanity Fair article comes from a book that is complete fiction, and was fabricated from the warped mind of failed spy thriller writer. He presents no evidence or even a shred of documentation. Just mysterious words from unnamed sources. TOTAL FAKE NEWS!

Keep in mind, too, that just the other day, Trump couldn't think of the word "Nobel" when referencing the Peace Prize -- and in this new "JAAAIIIT" speech, he seems to have forgotten the name of Dr. El Sayed, calling him only "the gentleman from a place called Michigan."
Another uncontrolled noise. Seems like we’re watching his cognitive decline in real time.

The uncontrolled noises are happening more often. It is wild to watch him mentally deteriorate on stage in real time

P.S. While Trump shows he has NOTHING to campaign about as an actual issue to help Americans 12 days before the Mid-Terms, with his 30% approval -- if Trump actually cared about Warriors and Heroes, he'd talk about the disaster at our Naval Base In Bahrain, rather than hide it.

Honestly, I have no idea, & couldn't be bothered to check out since it's not only meaningless enough not to have been mentioned on ESPN's "Pardon the Interruption" today, but also of zero national concern as a political matter 2 weeks before an election with early voting started.

P.S. Beyond just yelping out "JAAAIT," it seems likely here that Trump also couldn't remember the name of Dr. El Sayed, whose name he always says in full, but this time (right after his "JAAAIT") just called him "the gentleman from a place called Michigan."

Whether or not this is paraphasia -- a symptom of dementia where a person can't think of a word & makes up one -- it isn't normal, & isn't a "glitch." Dementia is degenerative, and at best we're seeing cognitive issues. Just the other day, he couldn't think of the word "Nobel".

Cool final message going into the Mid-Terms, with Trump having a 30% approval -- criticizing Lebron James! Yeah, that will be Americans' lives better... Especially as Trump slams another Black person. At least he didn't have the DOJ do a raid on his house, so that's good!

Here's another of the wonderfully entertaining videos from J. Kenji Lopez-Alt about making very basic dishes. The good fellow is a NYT food columnist, James Beard Award-winner and more. And here's one he did on making quadruple smash onion burgers. elisbergindustries.com/blog/…

"Some major U.S. banks are finding unvetted third-party AI agents inside customer accounts, including some that seem to be acting beyond what their users asked of them. Bank executives called the situation horrifying," according to the report from Axios. rawstory.com/agentic-ai/
