My theory remains that Prime made Colorado football all about him. Once the veneer wore off and his kids left he cares/cared less and that’s permeated the whole program.
Lewis stepping out of bounds 3 yards short of a first down to avoid contact then a fumble turnover is a perfect distillation of Colorado football.
Thinking of trying for Nabers or JSN with this roster. Something like Hurts+Kraft+Stevenson (other owner has Treyvon)+TBD.

Here goes @thecarm @AdamHoge @GBraggsJr23 @CHGO_Bears … the first number is the round, the second number is overall. The “equivalent” is the value according to trade charts. So trading back in both the 2nd and 3rd is value of a mid/late 3, trading back in 1 is a mid/late-2.
Still ~$32MM in cap space this year. Give me 1- or 2-year deals for (1) Chase Young or Jadeveon Clowney (2) Calais Campbell and (3) Tyler Boyd.

Poles could change the entire market by trading Fields and signing Lamar. Suddenly he has a later 2023 first and an extra 2024 first. Maybe ATL, IND, LV, or even WAS/NYJ/BAL get skittish and trade for two years of Fields instead of missing out at QB. What say you @dabearsblog ?
