Good news up north… maybe we can get some (any) signs that Nickel Plate will happen in Indy. It’s been nothing (not Fair Train even) since 2015.

A few weeks back we welcomed Dave Neff to the Refinery46 Expert Hour. Dave is extraordinary at building a relational network, though hesitates to call it networking. His high impact rolodex has been built brick by brick through years of practicing what I'll call the 20/80 rule.

Dave's goal is to spend 20% of his week building new relationships. That can be a number of activities- But it's intentional and consistent. His goal is to listen 80% of the time. By keeping questions about others he's able to really know and help people.
Boom! We’re excited
