Join us for the 1st of 3 training sessions, starting on Sept 17th, 4–5pm CET. We've teamed up with @ReFiDAOist to onboard the first wave of curated crowdlending campaigns from local nodes and member projects, thanks to a generous grant from the network initiatives funding pool. In this onboarding session, you'll learn how to take a campaign from idea to live: setting funding goals and accepted tokens, understanding the two-token design, staking mechanics, harvest reporting, and redemption options plus $GROW, the network token that spreads risk and reward across the community, backed by revenues from an basket of campaigns chosen by the community. 👉 Sign up below

🌊 Hoy celebramos el Día Mundial de los Océanos. En Colombia tenemos el privilegio de contar con costas tanto en el Pacífico como en el Caribe, una riqueza natural que debemos proteger.

While we are alive, we must oppose ecocidal projects as much as we can They destroy forests for profit. We rise to defend life. The Amazon is not a resource to exploit, it is a living ecosystem, home to thousands of species, communities, and futures. We will not stay silent. 🌎

Then came the part about new tools and new ReFi, Web3, regenerative finance, not as abstract concepts, but as real pathways for reserves to fund their work and make their impact visible. 🌱

And between all of it, a community sancocho that brought everything together 🍲 These spaces remind us that the network already exists. We just have to keep weaving it.

🏆 Winner Announcement — Celo Community Guild Contest April Edition Big congrats to @WairaT for winning this April edition of the Celo Community Guild contest! 🎉 This stood out because it captured the true Celo spirit: from unbanked users in Colombia to local tools like TuCopFinance & COPm. Authentic grassroots passion from Amazonas! 🇨🇴

Yesterday, @Celo turned 6 🎂 And this is no ordinary birthday. It's the blockchain with more daily active users than any other Ethereum L2, and it does it while being carbon negative 🌍 Here's why this matters especially in Latin America 🧵

🐸 They survived five mass extinctions. But they might not survive us. Today is National Amphibian Day. Protect their habitats. Keep water clean. Listen to nature's alarm system. The silence of a frog is a warning we can't ignore. 🌿
