We just turned our car around at an empty @Costco pump & instead of just making an exception because we already paid, the employee literally lifted the handle to stop the pump in the middle of it. Then the manager yelled at us for turning the car around.

I finally reached Diamond status last year with @hilton and none of the benefits been available other than room credits. I have had 8 stays and not once has my room been upgraded. I just tried to use the 48 hour “guarantee” and once again for the 3rd time, not available.

Do NOT buy @HP printers. Today my warranty ran out so I can no longer use my printer unless I purchase a new warranty. This is theft.

Pt 3. @Delta now I'm on indefinite hold because she didn't want to help me. Pretty sure no one is ever going to pick up.

Pt 2. @delta I call customer service and they not only say they can't help me, she says, you need to upgrade online as I'm not going to have it come back on me that you didn't want to change it. About to cancel all 21 of the flights I booked for big name celebrities.

Pt 1 @Delta at it again with the worst customer service in history. I'm booming many flights for celebrities to a comic con (thousands and thousands of dollars worth of flights). I book seats and the seats get changed.

In the last 28 weeks, I stayed at @HiltonHotels 23 days w/ 6 more days booked in 2 weeks. An emergency came up this weekend & I need to cancel, but I can't without being charged a night. The agent didn't care, I had him cancel my next 2 weeks. Still no empathy. Goodbye Hilton.

So a very obvious orthodontist transaction is being disputed by our @UHC FSA (that way paid into) with threats that if we don't prove to them in 15 days it's a medical expense we will be required to pay them back and lose services. What a scam.

Big surprise, @fedex lost another package of mine. I honestly just need to turn this into an "I hate @FedEx" account. I honestly need to go back and see how many tweets I made in the last couple of years. It's unacceptable how many they've lost. Why any business uses them....

A co-worker was telling me about his awful ex mother-in-law. I asked if her name was Kathy, he said yes. Weird coincidence she shared my crazy ex mother-in-law's name. Then I asked if his ex's name was Jessica (I don't have luck with Jessica's). He laughed & said, yes, 2 for 2.

.@amazon don't give a time block for deliveries if you have no intention of delivering during that time. If the time block is 7am-10am, I shouldn't have to be awake at 6:28am to accept a package. This happens way too often.

.@Disney deserves all the bad press for Snow White. They should have scrapped it. Now they're making 50k excuses from racism to politics to bad acting. Everyone knows what the issue is. Hopefully, they landed their lesson, but probably not. I've given up on everything Disney.
