As we approach the 3rd year of our festival, we reflect upon the immense support and success we’ve had over the past 2 years.
This year marks an important year in our film curation and the expansion of our festival to greater heights, new regions, new voices and cinematic narratives under a theme that truly encapsulates the ethos of our curatorial theme, “Beyond Borders”.
SUBMIT YOUR WORK NOW and be a part of our 2023 festival. Entries open via FILM FREEWAY (link in bio) & WeTransfer (email behindherlensvisuals@gmail.com with your film file/viewable link, poster, film & director info).

Creatives/Storyellers: the creative block will pass. Sometimes it lasts a year or more and sometimes a week. It’s a part of the process and will pass. Forgive yourself for your perceived failures first and acknowledge that it’s okay because it is.
