⚠️ ALERT: FBI opens investigation into the MASSIVE leak of 153 MILLION+ U.S. and Canadian driver’s licenses.
A dark-web service called Nexus is selling scans of more than 153 million driver’s licenses along with over 10 million ID cards and millions of travel and medical documents.
This constitutes more than 60% of all American driver licences, a valid government-issue photo ID.
The FBI is investigating after nearly 400,000 new records appeared in 24 hours. Nexus claims the data has been continuously exfiltrated for over a year from a major identity-verification company serving Fortune 500 clients.
Even U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth’s driver’s license is reportedly among the leaked records.
VPN restrictions around the world 🌎🔒
🔴 HEAVILY BANNED / BLOCKED
🇧🇾 Belarus - VPN services heavily restricted & blocked
🇮🇷 Iran - unauthorized VPNs prohibited
🇲🇲 Myanmar - VPNs heavily restricted; unauthorized use/provision can be punished
🇰🇵 North Korea - global internet access itself is effectively prohibited
🇹🇲 Turkmenistan - VPNs aggressively blocked; users can face punishment
🔴 AGGRESSIVE CRACKDOWNS
🇨🇳 China -Great Firewall + increasingly aggressive VPN blocking
🇷🇺 Russia- escalating VPN blocking & censorship
🟠 REGULATED / RESTRICTED
🇵🇰 Pakistan - VPN registration/licensing
🇮🇳 India - strict regulation + proposed new controls
🇹🇷 Turkey - VPN licensing/restriction proposals
🇦🇪 UAE - VPNs legal, but misuse can be criminal
🇴🇲 Oman - regulatory grey area
🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia - restrictions/blocking
🇪🇬 Egypt - VPN/proxy blocking
🇻🇪 Venezuela - restrictions
🇺🇬 Uganda - episodic blocking
🟡 WATCH LIST
🇮🇳 India - further restrictions being considered
🇹🇷 Turkey - licensing framework proposed
🇳🇿 New Zealand - VPN restrictions discussed, government denied a ban
🇬🇧 UK - VPN restrictions discussed around age verification
🇺🇸 Utah - VPN legislation tied to age verification
⚠️ Important:
A VPN “ban” does NOT mean people stop using VPNs.
It means governments are trying to make them harder to use, harder to obtain, or illegal to operate.
And people keep finding ways around the blocks.
The trend is changing:
Governments don't necessarily need to BAN VPNs.
They can license them.
Force logging.
Block protocols.
Block VPN IPs.
Remove apps.
Criminalize circumvention.
Same result. Different legal language.
Age verification is not a child safety measure.
It is an identity infrastructure project. Built by companies that profit from identity data. Funded by donors who lobby for data retention laws. Framed as child protection so you don't look too closely.
Look closely.

This is Cash 3.0—held from July 31 to August 2, 2026, at Summit Galleria Cebu, Philippines.
In just four minutes, relive the energy of the bazaar, the ideas shared onstage, and the creativity and determination of the hackathon teams.

The Cash 3.0 Conference has officially concluded.
To everyone who supported this event—our sponsors, donors, speakers, volunteers, exhibitors, merchants, hackathon participants, attendees, and the entire Bitcoin Cash community—thank you.
Cash 3.0 exceeded our expectations.
Over three days, we hosted a vibrant bazaar, two full days of presentations, and a hackathon running in parallel, bringing together builders, entrepreneurs, merchants, students, and Bitcoin Cash supporters from around the world. The energy throughout the event was incredible, and it was inspiring to see so many people focused on building practical applications and real-world economic systems on Bitcoin Cash.
This event would not have been possible without the support of the community. Thank you for believing in our vision and helping make Cash 3.0 a reality.
Over the next few days, we’ll put together a more comprehensive post-conference report with highlights, outcomes, photos, videos, and an update on what comes next.
Cash 3.0 may be over, but the work of building continues.
