The Ivor Novello Award for Best Community and Participation Composition in association with @ABRSM goes to Brian Irvine for 'A Children’s Guide to Anarchy' - a piece written for ensemble and singers 🏆
This work is a collection of seven musical animated video posters, exploring ideas of personal autonomy, kindness, and human connectivity from a child’s perspective.

We're thrilled to share that ‘A Children’s Guide to Anarchy (An Easterhouse Children’s Manifesto)’ has been nominated for the Best Community and Participation Composition at this year’s @TheIvors Classical Awards! 🎉
This is a unique collaboration that gives voice to the children of Easterhouse, Glasgow, allowing them to create a manifesto through music and words, challenging the status quo and exploring what kind of world they want to live in.
