I'm giving Building a Second Brain another go. When I started months ago, I made my BASB so complex in taking notes using the Zettelkasten method that it became overwhelming to the point of losing interest. Clean slate. Keeping it simple using the PARA method. LFG.

Always get travel insurance! You never know when things can go south real quick.

The total overall for the doctor visit, rapid blood test check, medication etc was about 550 Malaysian ringgit all up. Since I'm back here in Australia thru my credit card I have travel insurance and it covers things like this or even worse if I had to stay in hospital.

Moral of this story is to get travel insurance too few that choose to opt out but in my case with the credit card I currently have one of the perks is that it has travel insurance!
