Got one of my coworkers with the question: " Are some people better than others?" He immediately started trying to stutter out an imprecise attempt to justify an answer he hadn't given yet. He was dismayed to learn he is in fact, a liberal.
Im smoking a brisket. Fun fact, Ive smoked many things but this is my first brisket. My daughter already said she cant wait. No pressure.
Doing a foil boat and a butter pecan rub.
Apple and pecan wood chips.
My favorite baker, who sells every Saturday at the Farmers market, only takes Cashapp or Venmo. Today I left my phone at home. Didn't dawn on me till after my daughter asked for a pumpkin cake. The baker looked at me and said "pay me when you get home."
I did the moment I had my phone in hand. This is the society I want to live in. We let too many goat fuckers in, so not all of you get to live like that.

Police is like the rest of Govt, too much bloat. A traffic infraction turns into guns drawn and rights trampled, then 10 cops show up and mill around. They then debate how make this productive citizen a sloth, like them...

Imagine taking advice about scripture from a Mormon.
Before we start wondering what planet they came from, we might want to consider what Scripture says about the unseen realm. theblaze.com/lifestyle/when-…
It's nice to see the bigger accounts finally referring to them as redcoats, as that is what they are.
Bodycam footage of an attempted police raid in Atlantic City, NJ on the home of a paralyzed man where two cops were shot has been released.
One officer was shot in the femoral artery but recovered after two weeks in the hospital and another officer was shot in the head but the round was stopped by his ballistic helmet 🪖
It's a good reminder that when you have a hammer everything looks like a nail. Perhaps a "tactical callout," when serving a warrant at the home of a known PARALYZED man, is a better option than a dynamic breach.
Perhaps in 99.9999%+ of the incidents modern "SWAT" teams are used, a callout is the better option as militarized police endanger ALL Americans and are, quite literally, the "Standing Army" our Founders warned us about.
Avoid making ego driven decisions accordingly...

If you were wondering where he dropped off to, here you go. I pray his recovery continues.

BLOODLINES • Chapter 1 • In pictures
1. In the days following the amputation of my large intestine, my weight began to plummet. I would ultimately lose a total of 60 lbs during the two weeks following the surgery. If you zoom in, you can see the top of my first ostomy bag creeping up over the sheets.
2. A shot of my abdomen after the reconnection/take down surgery or anastomosis, in which my ostomy bag was removed and what was left of my digestive tract was reconnected.
3. An example of the multitude of skin conditions I was plagued with during the seven years I was sick. My skin, an immune organ, was stricken with just about every condition known to man, usually in combination.

The righteous men in blue keeping us safe. Following orders. Destroying lives. They deserve your respect.
Friendly reminder that US Army SPC Jakob Noonan (22), a member of the Oklahoma National Guard deployed to Washington, D.C. to make the city safer, is STILL facing criminal charges for having his personal firearm within city limits.
So the US Attorney for DC, Jeanine Pirro, thinks it's perfectly fine for Soldiers like SPC Noonan to patrol the city armed with literal machine guns to keep city residents safe but it's not okay for SPC Noonan to have his personal handgun with him to keep himself safe.
Also important to point out - Ms. Pirro works for President Trump and is part of "the most pro 2nd Amendment administration ever."
If you don't want to see this young man go to DC prison and rot in solitary confinement (we know how DC jails treat veterans...) then contact President Trump and Mr. Pirro at the email/phone numbers in the video below to get these unconstitutional charges dropped 🦅👊🏽

First Mission: The Ghost Ship (Part 5) - "Homecoming" #Amalgaverse
“Fire phasers and photon torpedoes!”orders Kirk.
The Enterprise swings around the scavenger ship and answers.
Phasers strike first, weakening the enemy’s shields. Photon torpedoes follow, hitting home and leaving the cruiser dark and drifting.
“Set a course for the Rigel System,”says Kirk. “Warp nine. Engage.”
The Enterprise jumps to warp.
By the time it drops out again, the away team has completed their post-op exams. Bones declares them “Fit as fiddles”, while Fraiser, less impressed, tells O’Neill to cut back on the carbs.
They gather in Carter’s lab where she has been working the data Rommie pulled off the Waldorf Astoria. Anything that crosses between realities leaves a trace, she explains, and the entity left a strong one in its wake. But when she isolated it, it wasn’t the random noise she was expecting. It was structured, a lattice, intricate and deliberate.
Kirk asks what it means. Carter tells him the truth: she doesn’t know yet. Only that it’s an intriguing first piece to a much larger puzzle.
As for the mysterious Rhea, Carter suspects she was an extension of the entity, wearing a human face in an attempt to get aboard the Enterprise. Had they beamed her on, the consequences could have been catastrophic.
“Frell,”says Aeryn Sun. “It would have had us by the mivonks.”
And you can’t help but agree.
Outside the lab, Maia is waiting. She contacted Traugott Headquarters about her reassignment, she tells you, and learned the Waldorf Astoria and everything on it had been written off. If she goes back now, even to be recycled, the company could be flagged for insurance fraud. Traugott wants nothing to do with her.
Odo reads your face and cautions: “I have met every member of this crew. I had my doubts about most of them. I have more about her.”
Teal’c only says: “There was a time when I too was an outsider of dubious origin.”
“You think we should ask her to stay?”you ask.
“Indeed,”is his response.
What do you do?
A) Ask Maia to join the crew.
B) Drop her off at the next space station.

First Mission: The Ghost Ship (Part 5) - "The Last of the Waldorf Astoria" #Amalgaverse
Aboard the Enterprise, Kirk and the rest of the crew watch as the jumper banks – and then disappears. The entity swipes at the emptiness. A beat. Then it slowly turns as –
Another shuttle launches from the Waldorf Astoria. The scavenger shuttle. It fires its laser cannons, then punches through the entity’s chest. Instantly, the shuttle goes dark, its engines dead, and drifts.
Maybourne stares at the screen in slack-jawed wonder: “Fuuuu,”
“ – scinating indeed,”interrupts Thor. “The entity is a self-sustaining energy pattern. Contact with the shuttle forced the smaller vessel into resonance with its own, collapsing its internal systems.”
“Captain, the puddle jumper is aboard,”reports Data at Ops. “All hands accounted for.”
At which point, the freighter’s core goes critical, setting off a chain reaction of explosions across the length of the Waldorf Astoria, catching the entity in its wake.
It responds, roiling in on itself, forming and reforming, arms, eyes, briefly a face, a woman’s face, there and gone before anyone can be sure they saw it.
Then Pilot stiffens in his cradle: “Captain. The scavenger vessel. It’s powering weapons.”
“On screen,”commands Kirk.
The pirate cruiser swings its bulk towards the Enterprise, gun ports glowing. Whatever salvage drew it here is gone, blown to atoms, and the only ship left to blame is theirs.
“Multiple projectiles incoming,”Pilot reports. “Impact in ten seconds.”
“Shields up,”orders Kirk.
The Enterprise rocks as the volley slams home, consoles flaring, the bridge pitching under them.
“They’re preparing another volley,”says Pilot.
Kirk grips the arm of his chair and leans forward. What does he do?
A) Return fire. Ready phasers and photon torpedoes and show them what a Galaxy-class can do.
B) Hail them. Explain you didn’t destroy the freighter, and this fight helps no one.
C) Go to warp. Break off and leave the scavengers, the entity, and the dying freighter behind.

A neighbor called police to help a lost, blind and deaf dog. The officer who arrived shot him dead.
On May 19, 2024, Teddy, a 13-pound Shih Tzu mix, escaped his fenced yard in Sturgeon, Missouri, and wandered into a neighbor’s backyard.
She called police to help locate his owner because the department also handled animal control.
Officer Myron Woodson spent about three minutes trying to catch Teddy with a snare pole.
Then he shot him at close range.
The encounter was recorded on his body camera. The footage showed the small dog posing no threat. The city initially defended Woodson, claiming he believed Teddy might be injured or rabid.
The backlash led to Mayor Kevin Abrahamson’s resignation.
Woodson was suspended and eventually left the department. The turmoil also contributed to the city shutting down its police department and contracting with the county sheriff for policing.
Teddy’s owner, Nicholas Hunter, filed a federal lawsuit seeking more than $1 million.
His lawyers argued that the city had never trained Woodson to use the catch pole or properly handle animal-control calls.
In November 2025, the case ended in a $500,000 settlement. Hunter would receive $282,500, with $217,500 going to his lawyers.
Insurance covered the payout, leaving the city responsible for a $1,000 deductible.
Hunter’s legal team said he was relieved the case was over, but “nothing can ever bring his Teddy back.”
