uhm hiii i didn’t want to ignore this and i’m also so sorry if this brings any negativity to the tl i really don’t want to turn this account into a place for drama but there’s something that’s been going on for literally months now and i feel like i can’t keep ignoring it anymore for months i’ve either tried to ignore what’s been happening or occasionally responded when i felt like i needed to defend myself throughout all of this i’ve been repeatedly harassed by that fandom and received so so much hate /bullying/ insults / dths and it hasn’t just been directed at me either some people have even dragged my family and my mom into it i have ss of a lot of this because i don’t want anyone to think i’m exaggerating or making things up secondly, the things i say on here are my personal opinions and i genuinely don’t believe i’ve ever said anything that warrants this level of hostility ppl are allowed to disagree with me and i’ve never expected everyone to share my opinions but disagreement should never be an excuse to harass someone for months or turn them into a constant target sometimes when i feel like things are getting out of hand even when the situation really isn’t as serious as ppl make it out to be i immediately delete my posts because the last thing i want is to spread any kind of hate towards heeseung or contribute to negativity surrounding him but atp it’s become so much more than people simply disagreeing with my opinions the harassment extends to my completely unrelated everyday tweets too which is what makes me feel like this was never just about my opinions in the first place it feels targeted and it’s getting to a point where i don’t think i can keep brushing it off like nothing is happening what makes this even more upsetting is that even when i try to stand up for myself i end up feeling bad for the way i respond because i don’t want to be someone who goes around insulting ppl either meanwhile i can’t help but wonder if the ppl who have been doing this for months have ever stopped to think about how it feels to be on the receiving end of all these posts and constant hostility. i honestly don’t understand how some ppl can repeatedly treat someone this way and then just go about their day as if their actions have no impact on anyone this account has always been one of my favorite comfort spaces and in many ways it still is but with everything that keeps happening, i no longer feel as comfortable expressing myself here as i used to ,i find myself hesitating to share my thoughts about my favorite artist, talk about my feelings, post pictures from a little trip i took for him, or even share random things about my own life because i know that somehow even the most harmless things can become another reason for people to drag me it’s honestly exhausting to feel like i have to think twice about every little thing i post on an account that used to make me feel happy and so comfortable and that’s probably the part that hurts the most ,things i used to genuinely enjoy doing don’t feel as enjoyable anymore, and i can feel myself slowly losing interest in something that has always meant so much to me i still love heeseung just as much, and nothing about this changes that. i could never feel different about him or stop supporting him because of any of this but when every attempt to express my feelings, share my thoughts or simply enjoy being a fan turns into another reason for ppl to come after me, it becomes increasingly difficult to enjoy something that should bring me happiness in the first place i’m not saying any of this to start another argument or invite more negativity i just wanted to explain how i’ve been feeling because i don’t think it’s fair that someone should have to put up with months of harassment just because other people don’t agree with their opinions i’ve tried ignoring it i’ve tried moving on and i’ve tried being mindful of what i post but none of that seems to have made a difference..
