back again to say callum dying undermines the thematic coherence of the story and would serve as a direct antithesis to the message of tdp
also it’s too simple and extremely unsatisfying
what’s the point of “destiny is a book you write yourself” if the story ends mid-chapter

this comment on james’ video about episode 6 is SO REAL. like please read this then read it again #tdpspoilers #TheDragonPrince
The whole “snake boi callum” is really just wishcasting to make Callum this Ideal Boyfriend Material who does awful things so his gf doesn’t have to, despite the fact that it is completely out of character for him.

As in the poster with Viren and Aaravos, where the latter controlled the mage, here there is an image of the shadow of the father and the influence of his figure on Claudia.
Viren doesn't seem to embody only a specific person, but a whole idea, an image that Claudia clings to

Just imagine, what if Claudia take Rayla or Ezran hostage and demands the prison in exchange, Callum unhesitatingly hands it over (everybody’s shocked oh no), she breaks the prison open…but it shatters into candy because Callum switched it with the decoy.

this idea came to me recently... sketch... #TheDragonPrince
what if such a clash takes place? Callum defending his beloved... how I want to see that 🤩 #Rayllum
I really want to see heroic Callum defending Rayla again
The thing that I’ve been saying all along about Callum’s decision to use DM is supported by the person who wrote that episode - he was driven to do the right thing. The opposite of being morally dubious.
