The Trump administration is refusing to enforce a nearly 60-year-old federal protection that bans handgun sales to 18, 19, and 20-year-olds. This is very bad. Our kids and communities deserve better.

Davy Crockett was Scots-Irish as was Sam Houston and so was my family. We were impoverished and put on a boat to Northern Ireland, then to the colonies soon after, and eventually came and fought for Texas. Immigration opinions aside, it's an objective fact that Texas would not exist without immigrants.
