Football is full of twists and turns.
Sometimes they go for you, sometimes they go against you.
Results have went our way tonight. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
The 2007 Reds are now back in control of the title race.
If they win the final game, at home, against StCadocs, they win the league!!

Who is John Willock you ask?
John Willock founded Barrhead Youth Football Club.
He started Barrhead Boys Club, as it was called then, in 1973.
The time he gave to the club and what he contributed was amazing, and he never took a penny. A true gentleman with an amazing legacy.

It is with a heavy heart I report that as of today the Sphinx has gone *again*. What 100 years ago was considered to be a permanent feature of our hills has vanished for the 10th time. Five of these have been since 2017.
A sad day.

2nd last game of the season v Parkmoor.
Fair to say the pitch wasn’t the best, however it’s the same for both teams!
We didn’t really settle in to our usual game, it was a scrappy game with Parkmoor working hard!
We managed to come away 3-0 winners.
One game to go!

ALT When adjusting our clocks for British Summer Time and Greenwich Mean Time, we are always reminded by the saying "Spring forward, fall back." However, my mate Alberto is an acrobat in a circus and during his performance he sometimes springs back sometimes forward and sometimes falls forward, sometimes back. Over the years the clocks in his caravan have got so out of synch that he has a roaring fire in July and wears shorts and flip flops in January.
