i have a few things i believe FACEIT needs to improve:
- "Dodge Problem" - People dodge lobbys whenever they feel like its a hard game/loss and they just instantly get unbanned.
Improvement: Keep unbanning them, but there should be a punishment in form of -Elo (-15/20 Elo)
- "Elo Resets'' - ELO resets create massive inflation: high ELO players lose too much, low-ELO players lose too little, and over time good and bad players end up at the same ELO.
Improvement: "Low" ELO Players need to get resetted in a similar way.
- "no microphone needed" - So far you are not forced to use a microphone in FACEIT. Its a "professional" league where people want to try hard and improve. CS is a team game and a microphone is necessary.
Improvement: - Force everyone to use a microphone.
- "Solo/Duo Prem Queue" - Currently people can only play Solo/Duo in Prem. Before it used to be 3man lobbys. The skill level was way higher with trio lobbys and i feel like more "good" players used to grind.
Improvement: Bring back Trio Prem Queue.
- "5 map Queue " - Before it was possible to queue only 3maps now you have to queue 5 maps and people dont even know how to play 5 maps properly.
Improvement: Bring back 3 map queue.
- "blocklist" - With premium you can block 5/10 people.
Improvement: Add atleast 5-10 more slots to the blocklist.
There are way more problems obviously, but i feel like its possible to work on these things easily.
