Turek+8 and Sand+12 is an outlier. And this is registered (not likely) voters. "The partisan breakdown for this survey among registered voters is 29% Democrat, 35% Republican, and 32% independent." (Looks like they undersampled Ds and Rs and oversampled independents.)
