I've built a multi million dollar ecommerce business.
Let me teach you 3 key things that will either make or break your new ecomm business:
The same fans who begged for a full rebuild are now upset it’s actually happening.
Romero, Spence, Vicario… all moved on.
New midfield coming in.
You can’t demand change then cry when the squad actually changes.
The speed of the exits is the most Spurs thing ever… and also the most promising.
Romero to Atlético.
Spence to Inter.
Phillips gone.
They’re not just trimming. They’re resetting the spine.
Now finish the job with the attacking signings.
Work/life balance is mostly marketing.
Work/life harmony is Bezos’ version.
As a business owner with a family, I just call it “making it work day by day.”
Curious what other owners think

Unpopular but true:
Master and Commander is proper cinema.
The Bounty is a solid story held up almost entirely by the two leads.
One belongs in the top tier of naval films.
The other doesn’t.
I love this app! It brings out the best and worst in everyone. The tears of laughter I'm having, seeing Villa and Toon fans in meltdown over Spurs transfer spending.
Just reading every post and reply and it's pure comedy gold.

Tottenham Hotspur have been a banter club for 25 years. Run by accountants.
They got laughed at for spending over a billion on a cash rich, revenue generating machine.
They finished the last two seasons at 17th. Mostly down to focusing on revenue generation rather than investment into the football. Then one day they woke up, realised that the cash cow would be dead if they ever went down.
Then after 25 years of prudent spending, they ripped up the floorboards and found bags and bags of pound notes.
But every other fan moaned because spurs finished 17th and spent big, whilst their team got success on a credit card with no limits, maxed them out and now have a zero credit rating.
This is the story of how Spurs almost shat their pants and woke up!
Now that the big boys of world football, with all the superstars have entered the game, (France, Germany, Spain, England, Argentina, Brazil and Holland) you'll start to see the tournament come to life.
So now the dust has settled and we can put this disastrous season behind us. A post mortem is needed, and heads in places will roll. This is the first preseason we go into without Daniel Levy. And perhaps that will be a good thing.
With Levy at the helm still, we would most likely get more of the same.
I do think that RDZ will have substantial funds available to build (his) squad. He has shown he has what it takes to drag this glorious and great club from the depths of despair. Now the board will back him. They have no choice.
And this too is a good thing. The board has stared at the possibility of ruin, and as this club as built itself on sound financial stability, that will frighten each of the shareholders.
Spurs have the financial clout to go at it hard, in preseason. And I can see funds being spent more in wages than in fees. This has been the noose that has hung around the neck for twenty years.
Pitch leadership will change, and the inevitable exit of Romero will be a blessing in disguise.
So now, I have more optimism than ever before, because we have hit rock bottom.
And it's only when at rock bottom there is only way to go. Up.
COYS
What a difference RDZ has made to this Spurs side. Play like that and we're staying up. Killer blow at the end, but remember Brighton are the in form team in the premier league.
Total contrast to this season and remnants of Spurs of old.
We're staying up!
