The Hind Rajab Foundation has filed an urgent request with the US Department of Justice demanding the immediate arrest and criminal prosecution of an Israeli military officer currently traveling freely in the United States, according to a public filing by the organization.
The petition targets Sean Glass, a former company commander in the Israeli army whose occupation unit is directly implicated in the cold-blooded killing of six-year-old Hind Rajab, her family members, and the first responders dispatched to save her in Gaza City.
Extensive investigative findings place Glass and his "Vampire Empire" company—operating under the 52nd Armored Battalion—in the immediate vicinity of the family's vehicle during the massacre, which saw Israeli occupation forces shell and riddle the civilian car with hundreds of bullets.
The legal advocacy group warned that allowing an officer accused of egregious war crimes and acts of genocide to walk unbothered on US soil represents an intolerable collapse of international law and universal jurisdiction.

The chutzpah of the woman married to our Security Advisor Jonathan Powell is jaw-dropping.
While her terrorist-supporting tweets are raked over in the national press, she doubles down, presently celebrating the idea of the ‘Palestine poppy’.
That is, celebrating a movement which actively attacks UK war memorials now appropriating the Poppy which symbolises the men and women who gave their lives to fight for our freedoms. The same freedoms the people she adores would take from us.
