Next time you hear the fairy tale of Jews being "welcomed with open arms" to their own homeland whilst escaping the Shoah just remember the brutal reality was captured on video. Jews beaten on the docks and sent back to European captivity.

Often forgotten, but easily verifiable Israel’s founding document explicitly promised full equality, participation and representation to its Arab citizens. The next day, as Arab armies invaded, many local Arabs fought alongside Jews to defend those rights &build the state together

Never stop appreciating indigenous solidarity among fellow indigenous peoples ♥️

Always worth remembering what the actual definition of indigenous peoples are as recognised by the UN. They do not expire with time. Displacement doesn't erase them. They are not measured by DNA but by culture. And they refer to collectives not individuals.

A helpful consolidation of genetic studies confirming Jewish origin in the Levant across diaspora: ui.adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/20… link.springer.com/article/10… avotaynuonline.com/2020/03/t… journals.plos.org/plosgeneti… sciencedirect.com/science/ar… med.stanford.edu/news/insigh… pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/article…

It's going to annoy me for a while that we had this Lego slopaganda down first and they just ripped it off Typical 😔

Of course you'd have turn comments off There obvs are plenty of videos This is literally Hamas's origin story But your fragile narrative depends on omitting reality

It's an overused trope that Jewish audiences are sick of seeing. Whether for comedy or drama or mother's are to often shown as unbearable people, with horrible relationships with their children. Moon Knight messed up.

#DiabTalksWithStreamr Changing Marc's father's passivism from forgiving the hateful by believing in the justice of God to allowing familial abuse of his child seems to totally twist the core of Moon Knight's motivation and struggle. Can/will this be addressed in the future?

#DiabTalksWithStreamr You definitely understand why representation is important You definitely understand how to do it well Did you want to try and include more Jewish representation and/or a moment to celebrate a Jewish hero (like Layla had) but were not able to for some reason?

You definitely understand why representation is important. You definitely understand how to do it well. Why could you not let Jew's experience that too? #Jewsdontcount #RepresentationMatters #Jewsdeserveheroes #JewishAmericanHeritageMonth #MoonKnightEp6
