Yaani, this life can just change in seconds. Many of you can remember Beatrice murugi from Nyahururu, the young woman who was flying our Kenyan flag high in marathon huko Japan. Beatrice was coming from a poor, humble background in Nyahururu. It was through a good Samaritan who saw her talent in running and decided to sponsor her. Akaenda Japan kwa masomo, and while she was there, she started marathon training. Slowly, her star began to shine. She started winning races and earning good amounts of money. And as they always say, never forget where you come from. Beatrice never forgot where she came from. While she was in Japan, she bought land in Nyahururu and built a good house for her mother. Akasomeesha watoto wao wote and even bought them a lorry which would help sustain the family. Sadly, the lorry got into a very bad accident. The driver hadn't notified Beatrice that the insurance had expired, meaning the victims and the lorry wouldn't be paid by insurance. Ilibidi Beatrice alipe the victims herself, and this became very costly. When she came back to the country, she got married in Embu, and together they got a child. She used to support her husband fully na akasaidia kujenga family home. Everything seemed okay for them. But in 2021, life changed for Beatrice in a very bad way. Tumbo yake ikaanza kufura kama mtu ako na bloating. It continued growing until it started looking like she was pregnant, but hakuwa na mimba. Akaenda kwa hospitali mingi, and the situation drained her mentally and financially, but nothing changed. Vile tumbo ilianza kuwa kubwa sana, Mzee wake akamfukuza kwa nyumba yao penye walikuwa wamejenga. Akapelekwa shopping centre in a rented single room. Hapo na hapo, Mzee dumped her and the only child. Mzee akamuambia, “Wewe umerogwa, sikutaki.” And that was the end of their marriage. Familia yake Kwanza mama yake ikamkataa. Since then, Beatrice has been living in a 1k rental house in Kerugoya. She survives by picking tea and doing casual jobs just to feed her child. Woiye, Beatrice… the same woman who bought land hadi akajengea mama yake nyumba, akasomesha watoto, and tried to build a better life for her family, today she is struggling alone. Yaani, this life can really change in seconds. One moment you are winning races, making money and lifting your family from poverty; the next, you are fighting just to survive. If you know Beatrice, if you can reach her, or if you have the ability to support her in any way, please don’t look away. She once used her success to lift her entire family. Today, she needs someone to lift her.

Two things I want to point out with this BOAT nonsense 😭 1. You’re foolish if you actually used your money to vote for that thing, no matter the fanbase you belong to. I mean, very foolish. They just used you as a money-making scheme. WTF is BOAT?😭 If you’re a Messi fan, you’re even more stupid if you paid to vote that nonsense. As a Messi fan, you should understand that the person you’re supporting got nothing to prove. He has the upper hand in EVERYTHING. They’re chasing him. The Ronaldo fanbase are the ones looking for validations and they’ll latch on anything they can, just to prove to you. Let me remind you of the person you’re supporting because you forgot. Messi has; -More trophies -More BDOR -More World Cups -More Golden Boots -More Head to Head wins -More finals goals -More world cup goals -More World Cup Golden Balls -More World Cup finals -More world cup assists -More free kick goals -More successful dribbles completed (the gap is so wide😂. 4,105 Vs 1,963, tears man) -More chances created (the gap is extraordinary) -More non-penalty goals -More goals in Europe top 5 leagues -More outside-the-box goals -More goals per game (0.79 to 0.73, also minutes per goal is 104 minutes per goal, compared to 111.5 per minutes ---This is even an area he lost every flair so he could be number one, still Messi is a better scorer, and did not lose the flair, the dribbles, the chance creation...still does every other thing😂😂) -More assists (427 - 261, I need to be adding laughing emojis sorry😂) -More key passes (I cannot even fathom this gap, 2147 Vs 1319) -More match wins/win percentage -More MOTM (465 - 231)😂😂 -Higher Average Match rating Like Messi does not need you to be paying money, you’re embarrassing. Let’s even go into context of the BOAT, If you watched the video I attached, you would even see the two years in review, and then you ask yourself if this should be a debate at all😅. That just tells you how you foolishly enriched Ballon D’or organisers. They used your money to pay for the hall they used in London on Monday😅 For the lazy ones that can’t watch the video. Ronaldo 2008 v Messi 2012 a. Ronaldo 35 goals v Messi 91 goals (can you see the gap? You see you’re a retard for voting right? Does this even require a vote😅) b. Ronaldo 12 assists v Messi 22 assists c. Ronaldo 47 G/A v Messi 113 G/A d. Ronaldo 1 hat trick v Messi 9 hat tricks e. Ronaldo 5 free kick goals v Messi 7 free kick goals f. Ronaldo 13 MOTM v Messi 35 MOTM These are their individual stats. Can you see the gap Messi gave him in everything? So why are you joining such things with your money? I also heard you can vote multiple times, these guys will do it, they need something. 2. If you’re a Ronaldo fan and they bant you with the fact that he stopped dribbling in 2008, or if they bant you by saying, “if they ask you to bring a Ronaldo highlight, you’ll go back to 2008”, I hope you can understand. Same 2008 was voted by your fanbase as the best of the best. That means you guys know. For me, if I was going to use my money to vote for Ronaldo, I’m definitely going with Ronaldo’s 2017. The 16/17 season was madness, but what do I know. The 2008 bias where many people fell in love with the dribbling, hairstyle, showboating, and those rawness, can’t be erased from people’s minds. In summary, you just enriched the BDOR, remember Markovnikov’s rule in chemistry, rich will become richer, poor will become poorer😭 how can you be giving these folks money? People who already have the money, to prove what?

Honestly, how did President Ruto manage to convince two European football giants, Bayern Munich and Ajax, to come to Nairobi for the official opening of the stadium? I’m sure it wasn’t easy getting these two teams to Kenya in the middle of the season (during the winter break). If it was the summer break, it would’ve been easier, most teams don’t travel for international friendlies mid-season. President Ruto is a shrewd diplomat; outside the country, his reputation is top-notch.

Ukisema Wantam kwa game ya Ajax na Bayern FC next year kando yangu one of us ataenda jela. We have entertained washenzi for far too long. That same year ndio ya election but instead of waiting for elections you just want to destroy everything even the vibes of the people attending a game. What nonsense is this kusema ukweli? Why are we allowing bitter people to even spoil our game just to please their master Gachagua? Next year ata ticket zinafaa kuuzwa 10k😏 Nobody would pay 10k to hear wantam or tutam chants kwa game!

🙏😭 WHO KNOWS THIS MZEE? ❤️🥹 This parent/man is a hawker in Kisii town. Today, he pleaded with me to promote his small business, but unfortunately, I had nothing in my pocket that moment. 😔💔 Honestly, I felt so bad because I wished I could do something for him. I've been thinking about him, and I would love to surprise him with something small to support his hustle and, hopefully, put a smile on his face. 🥹❤️🙏 If you know him or know how I can find him(phone number) kindly reach out to me. Let's see how l can make his day a little brighter. 🤝❤️ Sometimes, a small act of kindness can mean the world to someone. 🫶😭 May God bless the work of his hands and everyone willing to promote him 🙏✨

Some men love calling other men “bad dads” until the story doesn’t fit their narrative. Everyone remembers how they tried to cancel Andrew Kibe. “He’s a terrible father.” “He abandoned his son.” The usual noise. What they left out: when the boy reached the age for circumcision, Kibe refused to force it. He told him, “This is your body and your decision.” No pressure. No performance of traditional manhood for the cameras or the in-laws. The boy later chose it himself. Grew up. Processed everything. Today they have a real bond — the kind that only exists when a father respects his son’s autonomy instead of using him as proof of manhood. That’s the part people skip. There’s a hard truth most men learn too late: the law of detachment. If something (or someone) you’ve been pouring into starts turning on you, stop feeding it. Walk away. Some people only understand boundaries when they cost them access. There’s a particular breed of toxic women who believe a man’s entire life should be dictated by their approval. They recruit other women into the same bitterness and call it “empowerment.” Good women get poisoned by that advice every day. Protect your peace. Raise your children with principles, not performance. And stop letting loud, failed people define what a good father looks like. The ones who actually know the relationship will always tell a different story.
