अमेरिका में सोमालिया मूल की सियासतदान इलान ओमार की खूब चर्चा होती है। ये खातून वही है जिन्हें राउल बाबा से मिलकर सुकून और ख़ुशी मिलती है। आजकल इन ख़ातून पर मुल्क की एजेंसियों की पैनी निगाह है और इलज़ाम लग रहे है कि इन्ने अमेरिका का ग्रीन कार्ड पाने हेतु अपने भाई से निकाह किया था जो कानूनन अवैध है। जानिए ख़ातून के ख़समों की कहानी!
कहानी शुरू तब हुई जब ओमर अपने अब्बा परिवार के साथ सोमालिया से अमेरिका पनाह लेने आई। अब्बा मुफ़लिस थे, टैक्सी चलाते थे।
२००२ में ओमर ने अहमद हिरसी से निकाह किया और दो औलादें पैदा की! फिर छह साल बाद २००८ में अहमद हिरसी से तलाक ले लिया।
२००९ में ओमर ने अहमद इल्मी से दूसरा निकाह किया और इस निकाह के द्वारा ग्रीन कार्ड प्राप्त किया। २०११ में ओमर ने अहमद इल्मी से तलाक ले लिया।
अब इस कहानी में पेंच आया जब मालूम हुआ ओमर और अहमद इल्मी रिश्ते के भाई बहन है और अमेरिका के कानून के अनुसार भाई बहन शादी नहीं कर सकते। तो कानूनन ये निकाह अवैध था।
लेकिन रुकिए- कहानी में अभी ट्विस्ट बाकी है।
मालूम चला- अहमद इल्मी ख़ुद को समलैंगिक भी मानता था और उसने बाक़ायदा ये आधिकारिक काग़ज़ों में डिक्लेअर भी किया था!
अब कहानी आगे बढ़ी।
२०१२ में ओमर ने अपने पहले ख़सम अहमद हिरसी से फिर निकाह कर लिया और तीसरी औलाद पैदा की!
लेकिन कहानी में ट्विस्ट अभी बाक़ी है।
मालूम चला- ओमर ने शरिया क़ानून के तहत दूसरे ख़सम से तलाक लिया था किंतु अमेरिका के क़ानून के हिसाब से नहीं। कानूनन दूसरे ख़सम से तलाक हुआ २०१७ में। और फिर तुरंत ओमर ने पहले ख़सम से निकाह किया।
लेकिन कहानी में ट्विस्ट अभी बाक़ी है!
इस तीसरे निकाह के एक साल बाद ओमर ने पहले ख़सम से दूसरा तलाक ले लिया! अब ओमर राजनीति में भी उतर चुकी थी।
तीन तलाक , तीन निकाह और दो ख़सम, जिसमें एक ख़सम रिश्ते का भाई भी है, और छकड़ू भी- अब तक कहानी पढ़ते पढ़ते शायद आपका दिमाग़ चक्करघिन्नी खाने लगा हो।
लेकिन कहानी में ट्विस्ट अभी बाक़ी है!
अगले साल ओमर ने चौथा निकाह रचाया और इस बार अपनी राजनीति के कंसलटेंट टिम को अपना चौथा ख़सम बनाया जो उसके सब काम देखता था। मालूम चला टिम ने मजहब भी क़ुबूल किया था और फिर उसकी फर्म को ढेर सारा कांट्रैक्ट आदि भी मिला।
अब ओमर चर्चा में क्यों है?
दरअसल मौजूदा सरकार ने पिछले हफ़्ते ओमर के घर छापे मारे और चारों निकाह के सुबूत काग़ज़ आदि ढूँढे ताकि मुक़दमा चलाया जा सकें!
बेचारी ओमर के साथ अच्छा नहीं कर रहे है, अबला ख़ातून को ख़ामख़ा परेशान करने में लगा है ज़माना!
आम तौर पे एक ख़सम की चार लुगाइयों की कहानी तो आपने ख़ूब सुनी होगी। ये कहानी तो एक लुगाई और चार ख़सम की है!
