Meet Aldo David Herrera-Andino, an ILLEGAL ALIEN from Honduras.
He was sentenced by Davidson County judge Cindy Chappell (D) to just 5 YEARS of PROBATION after he was convicted of shooting a Tennessee man in the face and leaving him for dead.
Thankfully, Herrera-Andino is now in ICE custody.

Imagine a government that prosecutes its political enemies, expands the Supreme Court to secure favorable rulings, targets businesses whose owners oppose it, restricts speech, dismantles voter ID protections, and abandons meaningful border enforcement.
Now imagine that government calling all of this the defense of democracy.
That’s the fucking nightmare which is going to happen if democrats win.

Kara Swisher responds to Elon and says she was just "factually speaking" on what she hears from Democrats about going after him:

Everyone knows by now that Democrats are salivating to weaponize their power to investigate and prosecute Elon.
Swisher here attempting the "don't attack the messenger" defense is comical, however. She's salivating more than any of them.
On the Bulwak podcast, Kara Swisher says Elon might already be in jail under Kamala Harris, and "he knows what's coming for him."
Another one to put in the "what Democrats plan to do if they take power" file:
"If Donald Trump loses the House and the Senate, I would worry. I'd be worried if I were him."

BREAKING UPDATE: The Mexican illegal alien/former DACA recipient arrested for beheading a WW2 battle of Iwo Jima monument in VA is now being charged federally by DOJ and will face up to 10 years in federal prison if convicted.
He is being charged under 18 U.S.C. § 1361, which includes willfully injuring or destroying a monument on public properly commemorating the service of persons in the armed forces, which was under the jurisdiction of the Federal government {Destruction of Veterans' Memorials) in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1369.
He is still in local custody and is expected to be transferred to federal custody.
NEW: Multiple federal sources confirm to @FoxNews that the suspect arrested for using a sledgehammer to behead a WW2 Iwo Jima monument in Quantico, VA on Tuesday is a Mexican illegal alien & former DACA recipient whose legal status expired this year.
Miguel Alonso Maldonado Soriano has now been charged with felony destruction of property and trespass with intent to damage property.
Per federal sources, Soriano illegally crossed into the U.S. in December 1999. He was granted DACA by the Obama administration in 2014 and had it extended for years, most recently by the Biden admin in 2024, but he lost his DACA status in August of this year when it wasn’t renewed by the Trump administration.
