hindi ko maintindihan yung logic na kapag kinuwestiyon mo ang gobyerno, para bang kalaban ka na agad ng bansa. kaya nga nagtatanong kasi may pakialam.

true progress cannot be built on stolen ancestral lands and displaced indigenous communities. pax silica must never come at the expense of indigenous rights, human dignity, and justice. development should uplift people, not erase them.

SANA ALL BALIW!!
Hanggang Nov 18 pa ang end ng ASEAN summit, so 20 days silang walang sahod at di kakain ??? NAKAKAGALIT!!!

Funny enough my girl Hanni was really tryna get terminated at one point. Sis dyed her hair without company approval multiples times and didn’t gaf lol. Also knew about that one clause and still went to the National Assembly and basically called her new ceo out for doing nothing. Probably was shocked as hell when they removed Dani but not her

Our analysis on the New York Times Article:
> HYBE/ADOR sent the docs to New York Times and told them to frame Min Hee-jin as the main person behind it.
> New York Times refused and instead framed HYBE/ADOR as the ones behind it.
> HYBE releases statement denying that the contract is bad claiming it doesn’t violate human rights.
> They add however that NY Times refused their request to name Min Hee-jin as the one behind it.
New York Times linked an article by Star News that sourced our Copenhagen Studio post claiming ADOR teased NewJeans comeback.
In reality ADOR didn’t tease any comeback.
In conclusion it seems like a failed media play intended for foreign audience that backfired badly because unlike Korean outlets, New York Times didn’t comply.
NY Times seems to be well aware of what is going on.

I love that people are reading the NYTimes' piece on NewJeans, but it's stunning how little people know about journalism. NYT employs some of the best journalists in the world. Why wouldn't they report the story? It has global interest, and made headlines around the globe.

🇰🇷 Banned from dating, banned from complaining, and their voices cloned forever? Inside the contracts K-pop group NewJeans reportedly signed as kids
Some of the members were just 14 when they agreed to terms that even policed their “attitude,” and the label reportedly kept the right to use AI versions of their voices long after the deal ends.
So when they tried to leave, the label’s answer was a lawsuit against one member worth around $22 million... which tells every teenager dreaming of K-pop fame exactly what happens to the ones who stop smiling on cue.
How much freedom are young K-pop stars surrendering for a shot at fame?

🚨 Min Heejin has JUST confirmed that Newjeans’ contract was written by HYBE’s legal team. When the contract was written, Ador did NOT have an independent legal team.
It is explained that the contract was not confirmed only by the approval of Ador's representative. It was said that it had to go through the agreement of the HYBE legal team, the chief financial officer (CFO), and the chief executive officer (CEO), and two out of three in-house directors had to be approved by the HYBE board of directors.

So Hybe’s contracts are not following standard exclusive contracts rules but the judge told the girls to go back?
