.@JetBlue I've tried booking a flight 4 times across 3 devices in the past two days and it times out each time. What's going on and how do I process a booking when the site keeps timing out.

.@AerLingus I have someone who is Concierge and they cannot check in to their flight for today. Called the dedicated Concierge phone line and got no support. Please can someone help.. the level of customer service is beyond a joke

.@AerLingus - my flight Dub-Newark cancelled. No email, no text. - flight never left Newark. Hours of notice to notify passengers and didn’t - lady working at Tix Office said “it’s not my problem” - same lady told family to sort their own hotel. Your service level is a joke.
