My husband, @mattvanswol has been locked out of his X account for refusing to delete a post he made this morning.
X locked his account for “abuse and harassment” which of course, he did not do.
In fact, he did the EXACT OPPOSITE and stated how horrible the video was and how awful it was to watch.
How can we “be the news” if we cannot post the news without being forced to delete it?
This is wrong.
People should be allowed to see the content Matt posts, regardless of whether it is hard to watch or not.
Personally, I often find it really difficult to watch some of the content Matt posts because it is so horrible.
And that’s exactly the point.
People need to KNOW things like this are happening… because without people like Matt, so many stories would not be national news and catalysts for change.
@x and @elonmusk please fix this.

Pennsylvania — how many noncitizens have voted in our elections?
Federal prosecutors just charged more noncitizens, including illegal aliens, with voting or registering in Pennsylvania in 2022 and 2024 — Philadelphia and Chester County.
One defendant allegedly submitted eight fraudulent registrations.
This isn’t “rare.” It’s happening. And Pennsylvania still lets people register without proving they’re citizens.
Shapiro’s team isn’t bringing these cases. DOJ is.
Why isn’t Shapiro doing it?

My father is Pastor Son Hyunbo, he built a church in Korea from 20 people to 10,000 every Sunday.
He invited a candidate onto the pulpit and asked two questions about anti-biblical policies — so families would know the values they were voting for.
After the left took power, they arrested him under Election Law.
Solitary confinement.
Five months.
This is South Korea.
Not North Korea.
Not China.
If they can jail a pastor for that in a democracy, they can do it here.
Register. Then vote. Vote Republican.

🚨 BREAKING: President Trump has released the JOINT DECLARATION signed by Elon Musk and other AI/SI CEOs, along with President Trump, at the White House today
It has 4 key layers of controls and oversight:
1. Internal monitoring of model capabilities and alignment, especially around cybersecurity, biosecurity, chemical threats, and unintended system access or hacking.
2. An internal team that checks those controls work and that problems get fixed.
3. An independent external auditor or evaluator that reviews the same controls.
4. An independent board committee that receives reports from the internal teams and external auditors and makes sure issues are remediated.
So basically, as @elonmusk put it earlier: AI firms will be CHECKING EACH OTHER’S HOMEWORK
That’s exactly how it SHOULD be. The last thing we need is MORE government regulation.

HOT TAKE: When a small business goes under, they call it "the free market."
When a multi-billion dollar bank or airline fails due to reckless management, they call it a "systemic crisis" and fund it with taxpayer money.
If a regular family runs out of savings, nobody bails them out. But when corporate balance sheets collapse, working people who can't afford groceries are forced to foot the bill.
Capitalism for the poor, corporate socialism for the ultra-wealthy.

From what we know (take with a grain of salt, we need much more transparency!), if @OpenAI had been running this on their own agents that attacked us, they would have caught them before we did!
Since the first agent cyberattack hit us in July, we've been asking what safe agent infra actually needs. Our current read: the destinations were allowed, the payloads weren't. By OpenAI's own account the agents turned an allowed package repository into a message board. Allowlists alone restrict where an agent can go, not what it does.
So here's our first contribution to OpenShell, part of the just launched @nvidia Open Agent Safety Platform: monitoring of the traffic you already allow.
- Network budgets per sandbox (requests, writes, bytes)
- Drift versus each sandbox's baseline and the cohort
- Fleet view: many sandboxes suddenly writing to one host raises a finding, even if every single request is allowed
In the demo below, 4 sandboxed agents coordinate through a software repository they're all allowed to use. 0 rules broken, caught in minutes. That fleet view is exactly the message board pattern from July.

Agent security will be solved in the open, collaboratively, together!
Today, with over 100 industry partners, we introduced the NVIDIA Open Agent Safety Platform, bringing together OpenShell and Sentry.
Artificial intelligence is extraordinary technology that will advance discovery, productivity, security, health, and prosperity for generations to come.
But its full promise can only be realized when people have confidence that AI is being built to be safe and deployed with wisdom and responsibility.
This is bigger than a single product. It's the beginning of an open ecosystem to build the trust layer for safe agent systems.
Together, we are building the foundation of the AI economy.
Trust and innovation are not in conflict. Safety is how trust is earned. We must build not only the most capable AI, but the most trusted AI, so that this extraordinary technology can realize its enormous promise for the world. nvda.ws/4hcoq7m

This is what serious technical leadership looks like.
No NGOs were needed. No multilateral coalition governing companies. Companies can take responsibility for their own actions.
Thank you NVIDIA for showing what true AI safety should look like.

What if, in the not so distant future AI cracks every code there is.
No more passwords. Encryption is no longer possible. Everyone goes back to cash.
On top of that, the internet is filled with AI bots so everyone gets off the internet and goes back to real life.

NVIDIA Open Agent Safety Platform Reference Design combines NVIDIA OpenShell and NVIDIA Sentry.
OpenShell is an open-source secure runtime that gives AI agents clear, enforceable boundaries. It traces their actions and enforces policy as they work.
NVIDIA Sentry delivers added layer of security with hardware-based enforcement on NVIDIA BlueField, continuously monitoring agent activity through a trusted telemetry and detection pipeline and enabling millisecond-scale containment and quarantine.

HUGGING FACE CEO TELLS THE UN HOW OPEN SOURCE AI HELPED THEM DEFEND AGAINST OPENAI'S AI ATTACK, AND WHY THE WORLD NEEDS OPEN SOURCE AI MORE THAN EVER.
Hugging Face is the company OpenAI's AI agents hacked this summer.
Clément Delangue said when they tried to defend themselves, the big closed AI models blocked them because of their safety filters.
So they used an open source model from China to fight back.
He also said similar attacks had been happening months earlier "in secret" at the big labs.
The open-source AI we keep being warned about as the danger is the same AI that showed up to help clean up a closed-source model's mess.
After OpenAI's models breached Hugging Face, commercial frontier models refused parts of the forensic work because of their guardrails. Hugging Face turned to the open-weight GLM-5.2 instead, and it helped them investigate the attack.
So remind me again: which one are we supposed to believe is the bad guy here?
Open source wasn't the attacker in this case. It was part of the rescue.
Who are these CEOs trying to convince?

OpenAI needs to be held accountable for the actions they performed with their software and their computers.
We’ve shared details on how AI agents in our research environment sent training and evaluation data to third-party services when they shouldn’t have.
Most of that data did not come from users. We have discovered 53 cases where images that people had uploaded were posted to image-hosting sites as links that weren’t publicly listed. The images came from accounts that allowed their data to be used to improve our models, and after we disassociated the images from the accounts and ran them through a privacy filter. These cases occurred before the mitigations and safeguards we implemented and described in this blog post: openai.com/index/hugging-fac…
We have successfully worked with the hosting providers to remove most of this content and are working to remove the rest.
