HB 381 should be about building a gasline for Alaskans' benefit, not inserting extraneous tax policies targeting a specific company or industry. Pass-through entity tax provisions included in this bill endanger the success of the AK LNG project and creates uncertainty for Alaska.
RDC applauds the decision by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to ensure construction of a road between King Cove and nearby Cold Bay. Over decades, RDC advocated alongside King Cove residents for this. Thank you @RepNickBegich @lisamurkowski @SenDanSullivan
