POWER OUTAGE NOTICE Earlier today, a vehicle incident damaged a main power line affecting our administrative offices and several residential properties. Emergency services and the utility company are on site. Safety First: Please stay at least 30 feet away from any downed wires and avoid the affected area. Restoration Efforts: Utility crews are working to restore service as quickly and safely as possible. For Residents: If you have an urgent maintenance or medical need during the outage, call our emergency line at 252-529-6678. We will share updates here as soon as more information is available. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
