We’ve been waiting, so far for 30 minutes, for a mechanic to look at the tire on our nose gear. It’s 100 outside, we’re in a metal tube and there is on so much PCA can do not the ground. The airline is based here with hangars and mechanics. How is it we cannot get a mechanic?

Hey @AmericanAir I’ve been trying to get an agent for 3 days on the explat line to no avail. Need to cancel a flight you’ve booked me on 3 days later cause i got tired of waiting and drove home. I think I’m owed some credit for carriage that didn’t happen. How?

If you’ve never flown this route it’s quick and easy. It’s almost like you never leave the ground.
