Undo or change a screening decision Changed your mind? You can now update, remove, or undo an Include or Exclude decision after you've made it, so an accidental or reconsidered call is easy to correct.

Rayyan supports the ability to undo a decision. A previously added decision is depicted with a hook shaped icon indicating you can remove the decision by selecting it again to revert the record to no decision. As always, you can also change your decision without reverting it to no decision first.

Risk of Bias is now a dedicated stage in your systematic review workflow on Rayyan, starting with support for RoB 2. More frameworks are on their way. The Risk of Bias stage includes: Structured assessment across the five RoB 2 domains, with domain and overall judgments generated automatically as you complete each section. Collaborative blind assessment with conflict detection, consistent with the Data Extraction experience. Multi-select with bulk Remove and Export actions. Question management controlled by review owners within stage setup.

Rayyan now features PDF First Importing. Import your PDFs and Rayyan will generate the references and attach the corresponding full text PDF.
