If I wear a mask but you sneeze on me with the virus because masks are not 100% effective I would feel I was entitled to sue for grievous bodily harm or even worse due to your negligence not wearing mask

Faced a natural disaster & have aid out in 3 days.
After Russia Ukraine is considered the most corrupt country in Europe
This would appear to provide some evidence to that claim
Not saying they deserve what’s happening but maybe it should be a consideration when deciding our assistance
