《 GMMTV'S MISTREATMENT TOWARDS WILLIAMEST AND YOU MANIAC SERIES 》 1. No Based On 2 Series episodes given to WilliamEst and You Maniac by Gmmtv. 2. Not a single Twitter Space featuring the actors and director discussing the series, and only one Instagram recap Live in eight weeks. 3. No magazine shoots for the leads. 4. No Episode 0, unlike other series. 5. The entire cast had no joint schedules or interviews, apart from one Instagram recap Live. 6. Most reaction videos were released without English subtitles during crucial trending periods. 7. Extremely poor scheduling by Gmmtv : one lead was out of the country or unavailable for promotions during episode day , while the other was scheduled to film another series, making joint promotional schedules nearly impossible during the airing period. 8. Geo-blocked in 133 countries and distributed across multiple platforms, making the series difficult for international fans to access. 9. Copyright claims were made against fanmade videos, even when fans were trying to promote the series. 10. With no Episode 0, the least GMMTV could have done was provide longer behind the scenes (BTS) videos. Instead, we get only three minutes of BTS per episode. 11. While other series get a LAST EPISODE FAN PARTY, You Maniac gets a FAN MEETING. Other series are getting After Parties on the day after the series ends while we Westies are expected to be happy with a Final Episode FanMeeting. 12. You Maniac did not get a single press tour until Episode 7. A proper press tour involves artists meeting the media, promoting the series while it is airing, and participating in live interviews to maintain online buzz around both the series and its cast. Instead of a timely press tour, GMMTV announced three shows whose content is unlikely to be released before You Maniac ends. One is scheduled for release in December. This press tour feels like a last-minute attempt to silence complaints about the lack of promotion rather than a genuine promotional effort. 13. No press tour for the finale screening has been announced. 14. No proper promotional events throughout the period of series airing. 15. Very very minimal couple events unlike other pairings receive while their series are airing.
