The Model Context Protocol isn't just for backend servers. With WebMCP, websites can expose structured JavaScript tools directly in the browser for AI agents to discover and execute. Here is how to implement WebMCP on a Hugo static site without any backend servers.

Agent harness - Why do we need it? ravichaganti.com/blog/agent-…
ICYMI -
Vedanta, a primary school of Indian Philosophy, describes life as a journey from ignorance to knowledge. Humans have a systematic way of acquiring knowledge. The agent harnesses maps to human behavior and human cognitive abilities very closely.
When thinking about building powerful harnesses, we are not inventing but applying what we have been practicing. In this article, I argue that the future of agentic architectures is deeply rooted in the past: the same principles of memory, structure, and continuous practice that guided human cognition now guide AI systems.

You must practice what you preach!
I have been writing a lot about AI agents and "building documentation for AI agents (ravichaganti.com/blog/docume…)". In a recent article, I proposed a decision framework to navigate the documentation stack for agents. llms.txt is one of the important layers of that stack.
My technical blog uses Hugo for static site generation. So, to practice what I preach, I spent some time over the weekend adding llms.txt support. I documented the process for anyone using Hugo or similar static site generation frameworks.
