Dear @svembu sir. I got a crazy idea of accessing Whatsapp contacts thro Arattai app using whatsapp APIs. I feel this move could bring in more ppl and we can have one app to acess contacts from multiple platforms. I dono whether this is feasible. Pls share your thoughts.

In response, Elon Musk openly states that his Starshield system is "owned and controlled by the US government," with usage limits decided by the US military and the POTUS. He also explicitly states that the commercial Starlink service "cannot be used for offensive military action" because it is a private company.
When a country relies on a private player like Starlink for its defense, it isn't just buying a tech service—it is pledging its national sovereignty to a foreign government.
You cannot outsource your national security.

Trump will soon hit India’s IT industry.
May be with duties, fines, and/or visa restrictions etc. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and Cognizant must brace for it.
However, it is the employees of these IT companies, which have billions of dollars in cash but never invest in innovation and quality products, are likely to suffer the most.
These companies will likely resort to layoffs in India and reduced pays to “save money.”
In essence, these companies are indirectly working for the US to harm India’s economy and government. This is what Trump would want them to do by hitting them to attack Modi.
It is crucial that the GoI takes these companies to task if they behave in this manner.
The GoI should force these companies to use their idle cash to invest in startup funds, conduct research at universities, or develop new products to compete with American products.
I hope that the Trump tariff war will help our Indian IT companies change their useless behavior and prepare to compete with US tech giants.
This will not only benefit India but also foster its growth in tech self-reliance.

India invited him to invest & Make in India.
India was Interested in Tesla’s Powerwall & GigaFactory.
Powerwall was not coming. GigaFactory went to China.
Elon wanted Starlink to position itself as a factor in democratic process.
His boss called India a dead economy and trade deal didn’t happen.
India is already 4th largest economy- without starlink.
Tesla opened a showroom in Mumbai. Dumb response.
India saw more people in IKEA when it first opened in Hyderabad and in Apple Store than at Tesla.
September 30th Call by trump also covered this.
So, when starlink was given same treatment, brown sepoys of Google & other BigTech are ranting.

Captain Smit Machchhar’s extraordinary courage in putting his life on the line to save 174 passengers during a life-threatening crisis stands as a powerful testament to true leadership and service before self.
What was first reported as a “possible attempt to hijack” was later clarified as an attempt by one of the co-pilots of the plane to deliberately crash Fly Dubai’s Boeing 747 Max flying from Dubai to Tel Aviv. Despite being stabbed by his co-pilot, Captain Smit Machchhar rose to the occasion and fought him off. His presence of mind in opening the cockpit door allowed the other passengers to come in, overpower the co-pilot, and restrain him.
What would have been a tragedy of wider ramifications in an already volatile geographical area was averted, and the plane was piloted to safely land in Saudi Arabia, saving the 174 passengers on board of various nationalities.
Many a time, Heroes don’t wear a Superman cap. They will be one among us. They will rise when the situation demands of them.
Captain Smit Machchhar is one such Hero and has made every Indian proud.
