You can bypass the courts in the UK and take your case straight to European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) due to ECHR precedent in the case b/w [Laska and Lika v. Albania], which require a victim to bypass UK court if they can prove that courts in UK have refused to hear such cases in the past. You only need to cite the case b/w Atole Timothy Enaholo -v- Information Commissioner and Home Office, which was not allowed to be heard at the Lower Tribunal and Upper Tribunal in the UK.
