Wait, what? This appears to be unprecedented executive order—not a league rule, not a statute, and not a court order—of one member state of the Big 10. I can’t imagine such an order being enforceable across the league, let alone in Nebraska. Either way, our office is reviewing this very closely as it appears contrary to every rule currently in place. We will take all necessary and appropriate measures to protect the competitive integrity of the season.
Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine has signed an executive order allowing Class of 2022 college athletes at Ohio universities to compete in the 2026-27 academic year, even if they've exhausted their NCAA eligibility. The order opens up a 5th season of eligibility for athletes. It prohibits Ohio colleges from enforcing NCAA eligibility restrictions on3.com/boards/forums/letter…

EXACTLY! 💥 “What are the chances that a private plane took off from Austin and flew to tiny Hamilton airport in Ohio which is 20 mins from the Lindner Center, a private inpatient mental health treatment facility, and then turned around and flew back to Austin landing yesterday morning at 10:24am right before James Talarico magically reappears at the Austin City Limits music festival that afternoon?…” xitter.cf/carolinewren/status/21…
The public deserves accurate information about legitimate concerns involving candidates for office. That responsibility also demands sensitivity, especially when a tip involves someone’s health (possible diabetic ketoacidosis) and well-being (panic attacks). We received several tips through VoiceAgainstCorruption.com and confirmed them with a leadership-level source by phone and email. However, the contact refuses to go on the record publicly about the underlying allegations. Until we have reliable corroboration and a clear public-interest basis for reporting, we will not publish private medical claims or present speculation as fact. We are seeking an on-the-record response from the campaign. Seeking mental-health treatment is not, by itself, evidence that someone is unfit for public office. Accuracy, fairness, and human dignity must guide the reporting. Godspeed.

A lot of political leaders on the left who are trying to win your vote also are trying to tell you what they will do to help reduce consumer prices. We all should focus on affordability and lowering prices. But politics creates a lot of cynicism because politicians' words don't often translate into actions. And when it comes to consumer prices and energy prices, the last four years I've had a front row seat to the actions those on the left have tried to take. And it isn't pretty. Here are some examples: --Unelected Biden-administration bureaucrats tried to implement regulations that would have wiped out coal-fired power plants, such as NPPD's Gerald Gentlemen Station, one of the lowest-cost producing facilities in the country. Taking out GGS and other low-cost energy production would only increase prices. --Unelected California bureaucrats tried to pass a rule mandating that Class 8 semi-truck fleets needed to be sufficiently electric. Truly one of the most short-sighted ideas of the last 5 years, this rule would have had calamitous impacts on Nebraska. It would have increased consumer prices, impacted our ag producers, led to job loss at Nebraska trucking companies, and made it more expensive to ship products to rural Nebraska. --New York legislators passed a bill that would have taxed oil and gas companies out of existence. Whether it would have just led to higher prices at the pump or a dramatic limit to the availability of fuel, it would have been very costly for Nebraskans. Even here in Nebraska, OPPD board members voted to take 200 MW of energy production offline, at a time of unprecedented growth and demand. That short-sighted decision would have only led to an increase in energy costs on Nebraska families and businesses. In each of these cases, we sued, and stopped, these efforts. But when it comes to energy prices, don't be fooled by those who tell you they support lower prices when those in their party are aggressively pushing policies that would only increase prices on Nebraskans.

.@DCSheriffNE deputies responded shortly before 4 p.m. to the area of Ida Street and Irvington Road and found a black GMC Sierra pickup had collided with a blue Porsche 911. The driver of the Porsche, identified as Christopher Szalkowski, 70, was transported to Nebraska Medicine with life-threatening injuries and was later pronounced dead. Investigators determined the GMC Sierra failed to stop at a red light and struck Szalkowski’s vehicle. The driver of the Sierra, Jose Ortega-Romero, 32, was booked into the Douglas County Department of Corrections on suspicion of: Disobeying a stop light No operator’s license Misdemeanor motor vehicle homicide DCSO says Ortega-Romero did not have U.S. identification and provided deputies with a photo ID issued by the Mexican consulate. Sheriff Aaron Hanson contacted federal immigration officials following the arrest, and ICE subsequently issued a detainer for Ortega-Romero.

This is Joe Gebbia - The United States First Design Officer. Born in Atlanta in 1981. Grew up outside the city in Gwinnett County, Georgia, selling his drawings as a kid. Studied graphic design and industrial design at the Rhode Island School of Design, then moved to San Francisco to work as a designer. In 2007, he and his roommate Brian Chesky @bchesky could not make rent. So they put air mattresses on the living room floor and rented them out to strangers during a design conference. They called it AirBed & Breakfast. With Nathan Blecharczyk @nathanblec, that became Airbnb. As Chief Product Officer, Joe built a company on one design problem: getting strangers to trust each other enough to sleep in one another's homes. Airbnb went public in 2020 at $100 billion, with millions of listings in more than 190 countries. He joined the Tesla board in 2022, sits on the RISD Board of Trustees, and signed the Giving Pledge, committing more than half his wealth to philanthropy. He never forgot where he came from. In 2021 he gave $700,000 to Brookwood High School in Snellville, his alma mater, to fund a visual arts endowment and support its athletes. The next year he spoke at graduation and gave every one of the 890 seniors 22 shares of Airbnb stock, about $2.1 million in total. He called it a small seed investment in their dreams. Then he took a government job. In 2025 he joined @DOGE with @elonmusk and took on federal retirement, a process that still ran on paper. On August 21, 2025, his 44th birthday, President Trump signed an executive order naming him the first Chief Design Officer in American history, and creating the National Design Studio (@ndstudio) for him to lead. The order called it filling the digital potholes across the nation. Joe described the goal as an Apple Store experience for the federal government: hospitality design for a country. What he inherited: 29,000 federal websites. 45% that did not work on a phone. Fewer than 20% built on a common design system. Every agency head was ordered to work with him directly. What his team has shipped since: • Safe DC, the studio's first launch. • Real Food, the first federal dietary guidelines to name ultra-processed food as the problem. • TrumpRx, 800+ medications, with the White House putting patient savings at $700 million. • Trump Accounts and its app. Starting this week Treasury is opening accounts automatically for more than 60 million babies, roughly 70 million American children total! • Federal retirement, off paper for good as of June 30. • Rampart, an open-source privacy filter that strips personal information on your own device. He recruited engineers and designers out of the best companies in the country to serve their country. And this week, one front door to the entire federal government, with a second executive order requiring every major agency to plug into it. America.gov 🇺🇸 @jgebbia

Looks like our Susan Buffett/Weitz Family/Lozier sponsored journalism is trying to bully a sheriff in Douglas County for the great crime of aiding in our border law enforcement. This partisan crap shouldn't be tax free & the local news that rebroadcasts it should be scorned.

Passing time in a tightly packed airport coffee shop recently, I ended up in conversation with a thirty-something couple sitting only inches from me. I was coming from Mexico City and they were going there. After the usual banter, I asked where they were from and learned they were New Yorkers moving out of that city. They didn’t offer a reason and I didn’t press for one. They asked me what I did for a living and I explained that I was a writer currently investigating how cartels were smuggling people into the US. I say I was chatting with this couple, but it was really only with her. He said nothing the entire time. But he listened intently as she asked questions. “You travel a lot? Where have you been?” “Well, so far this year, I’ve covered the WEF in Davos, researched Karl Marx in London, went to Gaza with the IDF…” “You’ve been to Israel?” She interrupted. “We’ve been there. What do you think of the war?” I guessed that here our conversation would end unhappily. They were New Yorkers, so almost certainly heavily propagandized lefties. But I pressed on. “Almost everything you hear in Western media is wrong…” “You mean it’s a lie. How?” “Oct 7 was not just a Charlie Hebdo-style terrorist attack. It was an act of war. More than 7,000 Hamas terrorists penetrated the frontier at more than 100 points. Inspired by Islam, they had been instructed to r8pe, behead, torture, and kidnap men, women, and children.” He still said nothing, but leaned forward, eyes narrowing. “Who helped them do it?” She asked. “Iran was the biggest supplier, but North Korea, China, and Qatar mostly. The UNRWA also played a role. Weapons and matériel were stockpiled in Egypt and smuggled into Gaza through tunnels.” “You know that?” “I know that. Trust me.” That led to a discussion of President Sisi, the Muslim Brotherhood, and my standoff with Egyptian State Security in Cairo. Still, I had no real gauge for where they stood politically. She asked if I had written anything on the subject, so I pointed her to my article for The Federalist connecting the dots between Egypt, USAID, Gaza, and my swatting. A woman sitting nearby, leaned over and said, “Forgive me for eavesdropping on your conversation, but this is fascinating.” We all chatted a bit longer and I left. About 30 minutes later I was standing in line at the gate waiting to board my flight when the husband appeared. “Pardon me, but I had to come find you.” He was full of emotion. He indicated that he and his wife were Israelis who had lived in NYC but were now fleeing Mamdani’s third world sh*thole. “You are a man who needs the protection of angels,” he said, and then presented me with a Jewish holy book. “We want you to have this. I pray it protects you.” With that he turned and walked away. Gentile and fierce Protestant that I am, I was nonetheless deeply moved. It seems they had read the article and, catching a glimpse of my work, felt my life was in danger. For my own part, I was aware that the same ideology that threatened me, was the same one that threatened them, forced them to move, and imperiled their native land. I’m often amazed by the people the Lord puts in my path when I pause long enough to look around and notice them.

This was the best sport's story of the week. Tear jerker.
Justin Verlander has played 21 seasons in the majors. His final start was today. After 5⅓ innings, manager A.J. Hinch came out to take him out, then pointed to the stands. Genevieve, his 7-year-old daughter, sprinted onto the field in his jersey, ran to the mound, and hugged him. He started shaking and crying. He had no idea it was coming. Then he walked off holding her hand.❤️ His wife Kate and their little boy Bellamy (1) met them at the dugout.

Another ‘Conspiracy theory’ proven true A federal judge allows case against BlackRock for “buying up coal companies just to shut them down and force green energy initiatives, all while jacking up prices and pushing ESG policies” And it goes so much deeper “Based off this court ruling in Texas today of the State of Texas vs BlackRock, Vanguard and State Street, I am onto something. Let me break it down for you. BlackRock, Vanguard and State street just lost a major court ruling today in federal court and a federal judge in Texas agreed that they can be sued. The lawsuit says that they formed an investment cartel to control U. S Energy markets. They allegedly bought up coal companies just to shut them down and force green energy initiatives, all while jacking up prices and pushing ESG policies that nobody voted for. If you don't know what an ESG policy is, it's environmental, social and governance. Now pause, because this is exactly what I've been exposing here in Delaware. Those three major key players, BlackRock, Vanguard, State street, they own Tyler Technologies, who is behind the corrupt reassessments. There are major shareholders in Amazon and Costco, both of who received insane tax decreases while the rest of us got jacked. They indirectly own Delmarva Power through ownership in Exelon, the parent company to Del Marva Power. And our power bills and our energy bills have been skyrocketing due to ESG policies here in Delaware, due to green energy initiatives that our lawmakers passed knowing there was no possible way for us to meet them here in Delaware. We simply do not have the land to do so. They own Ryan Homes indirectly through their major ownership in NVR Homes, which is the parent company to Ryan Homes. So they've been going around, they've been buying all the residential land and the farmland and turning into properties and developments that nobody can afford. They have a major ownership in Chesapeake Utilities, you guys, over development of the land, utility monopolies and artesian water. Yep, you probably guessed it. And then you have some big name politicians who I cannot name yet until I have my receipts to back what I'm saying. But it all is full circle, guys. It's all a triangle profit scheme. We are free range humans on a tax farm. BlackRock and Vanguard are major owners in every single one of the things I just mentioned. They called it a conspiracy, but now it's a federal ruling.”

Assange says the email shown in this video is the most significant in his whole collection. Because the email contains sensitive info between Hillary Clinton and John Podesta. Watch the end as he claims Hillary Clinton as Secretary of state gave 80 Billion in arms to Saudi Arabia and during her tenure sales of arms doubled. He links donors to Clinton foundation funding ISIS. And they go after Trump.

🚨 THIS is the speech that should terrify every American. Senator Tim Sheehy just dropped the most brutal, unfiltered truth about Iran you’ll ever hear. For 47 years the Iranian regime has been hunting us — vaporizing Marines, skinning Americans alive on camera, cutting our troops in half with EFPs, and celebrating every death. They don’t care who you voted for. They don’t care where you live. They want every single one of us raped, burned, and cut into pieces. This isn’t politics. This is a death cult that has been at war with America since 1979… and we’ve been pretending otherwise. Watch the full speech. Every. Single. Second. Then share it. Because the regime that did this to our brothers is still standing. Iran has never paid the real price. It’s time they do.

This fight is for all WOMEN ! Last October, I reported men repeatedly showing up in the women's locker room at my gym. I reported it four times. Nothing was done. Then, instead of protecting me, they walked me out with police and terminated my membership. I've spent the last ten months carrying that trauma, and I've realized something: if no one is held accountable, nothing changes. So now I'm fighting back, legally, for me and for every girl who comes after me. I don't want another woman to ever go through what I went through. I can't do this alone. I need your help. BREAKING: A citizen journalist has obtained a BOMBSHELL internal memo from the Michigan Attorney General's office plotting how they would count illegals in the 2020 census to gain Congressional seats and $3 billion in federal funding "Excluding 100,000 [undocumented residents] from the 2020 Census would reduce the state's population in determining the allocation of Congressional seats." "In addition, the loss of an estimated 100,000 people in Michigan's 2020 Census count would cost the state approximately $3 billion in federal funding over the next ten years." The memo also included talking points to deflect & coverup the whole thing from the people This is exactly what @elonmusk has been warning about heading into the 2024 election and beyond

Borrowing this from a friend: I keep hearing people complain that gasoline is over $4.00 a gallon. And yes, I'd love to see it at $2.00 again. But before we declare gasoline the most outrageously expensive liquid on Earth, let's put things in perspective. For $4.00, I get a GALLON of gasoline. I pour it into a 4,000-pound machine, turn a key, and that gallon will haul me, my wife, the groceries, the golf clubs and half the junk in my trunk almost 30 miles down the highway. That's actually a pretty impressive day's work for $4.00. Now let's compare. A restaurant sells me a 5-ounce glass of wine for $9. That's about $230 a gallon. And how far does it transport me? Usually from the dinner table to the men's room. A fancy coffee shop can charge $6 for a 16-ounce latte. That's $48 a gallon. It doesn't transport me 30 miles. It transports me from "Leave me alone" to "Okay, now you may speak." Bottled water at a convenience store might be $2.50 for 20 ounces. That's $16 a gallon, for something that occasionally falls out of the sky FOR FREE. A 12-ounce energy drink at $3.50 works out to more than $37 a gallon. Apparently caffeine becomes a precious mineral once you put lightning bolts on the can. Buy one of those little 2-ounce bottles of "energy shot" for $3. That's $192 a gallon. At that price, it shouldn't give me energy. It should mow my lawn. Maple syrup at $8 for a 12-ounce bottle? About $85 a gallon. And its principal technological achievement is making pancakes sticky. Vanilla extract at $6 for two ounces? That's $384 a gallon. For $384, I expect the vanilla bean to come to my house and bake the cookies. Printer ink can cost thousands of dollars per gallon. And unlike gasoline, it sometimes refuses to come out because the printer has decided cyan is low. Even that $9 glass of wine deserves another look. At roughly $230 a gallon, filling a typical 15-gallon gas tank with restaurant wine would cost about $3,450. Of course, after drinking 15 gallons of wine, transportation would no longer be your biggest concern. So yes, $4.00 gasoline is expensive. But it's also a remarkable bargain when you think about what you're buying. You're purchasing enough concentrated energy to push several thousand pounds of steel, glass, groceries and humanity nearly 30 miles. Meanwhile, we'll cheerfully pay $6 for coffee, $9 for wine and $3 for water, then stand at the gas pump staring at the numbers like we're watching the national debt clock. Maybe gasoline doesn't need better pricing. Maybe it just needs a fancier name. "Handcrafted Premium Petroleum, locally pumped, small-batch refined, with subtle notes of octane and dinosaur." Put it in a 12-ounce artisan bottle and charge $14. We'll line up around the block. FEEL FREE TO COPY THIS LIKE I DID.
