In today’s digital landscape, social media is a valuable tool for staying informed and engaged.
I am pleased to announce that I will now be actively engaging on social media to foster greater connection and transparency in my role as a Senator. These platforms will serve as a space to share legislative updates, community engagement, and educational content. My hope is for Canadians to better understand the role of the Senate.
I look forward to connecting with communities, organizations, and fellow parliamentarians, and I invite you to join me on my official accounts:

I was truly honoured to host a King Charles III Coronation Medal Ceremony in the @SenateCA Chamber, recognizing cultural and artistic figures, business and technology innovators, dedicated public servants, legal professionals, and academics, including members of the Canadian-Arab and Canadian-Muslim communities, among other distinguished Canadians. I had the pleasure of presenting them with their much-deserved Medals and Certificates.
In the coming weeks, I will be highlighting their contributions on my social media.

🚨🇮🇱 Haaretz investigation EXPOSES all the ISRAELI LIES from October 7th (just like I predicated).
🇮🇱 Confirmed number dead is 900, not “nearly 2,000.”
🇮🇱 50% were Israeli soldiers.
🇮🇱 Most deaths have signs of being dead during Tank shelling.
🇮🇱 No evidence Hamas burnt any Israelis, but burns occurred from Israeli shelling.
🇮🇱 No beheaded babies.
🇮🇱 Defiling of Hamas fighters bodies, while Israeli soldiers were taken with respect to morgues.
🇮🇱 Number of people Hamas shot less than 100, most were settlers with guns on them.
🚨🇮🇱 Israel has lied about EVERYTHING while committing a grotesque genocide! Share the TRUTH!

I repeat my call for a humanitarian ceasefire in the Middle East, the unconditional release of all hostages, and the delivery of life-saving supplies at the scale needed.
Everyone must assume their responsibilities.
This is a moment of truth.
History will judge us all.

Thousands are sitting in at Grand Central Station demanding a #CeasefireNOW.
In just two weeks, more than 7,000 Palestinians and 1,400 Israelis were killed. Right now, Israeli warplanes are flattening entire neighborhoods in Gaza. This is what the US government is supporting.

You don’t knock out comms unless you are trying to hide unprecedented crimes against humanity
Israel massacre 750 Palestinians in a 24 hour period. With the lights on and the world watching
I can’t imagine what it’s willing to do when it knows no one can see. This is genocide

The blank, indifferent stares I encounter when I say "6000 dead Palestinians" is grating at my soul.

Last week, we were able to chip at the Western media’s wall of silence that surrounds Palestinians sharing their experiences and calling for their liberation. The cracks in the narrative are showing —we must keep pushing, until Palestinians are FREE.
CEASEFIRE NOW!

I want every "I stand with Israel" person to watch this and ask themselves if they'd be able to look this boy in the eyes and tell him he deserves this.
Replying to @AJEnglish
This Palestinian boy in Gaza is the only survivor from his family who were killed in an Israeli bombardment.

An important read. Bottomline: you can be fired for hate speech. You cannot be fired for peaceful online advocating. www-thestar-com.cdn.ampproje…
